These trucks need to have dual hvac systems, those are used in full sized SUVs. Basically those have 2nd evaporator in the boot, that is neede in this trucks. Front ac is not enough to cool the large cabin.
You take a black truck out on a snowy slushy day. Nothing stops you. I like that. You must have a great relationship with with these dealers. Love that truck.
I just bought a 2023 platinum with the brown interior. I love it! Was interested in the limited but didn’t want to have to deal with keeping the white(ish) interior clean 😂

Just to provide some interesting insight. Apparently in 2017 the f350 highest trims on avg was roughly 73kish msrp, but this is also the first year the limited was released. The limited started at 82k but maxed out it would be capable of hitting 95k msrp. All im saying is that this truck has always been really expensive lmao. I actually easily found a used 2023 regular f350 used w only 2,000 miles for 45k, which is considerably more reasonable for the avg person
Just got word my F450 limited is being made at the end of the month!! I can’t wait, it’s only been on order since Oct of 2022…. Haha at least I’m getting a 2024 now
I got the 250 Limited over the Denali for a few reasons. 1, it only had half a sunroof. 2, the roof has a manual shade. 3, the steering wheel is not power up down and in and out so you can't do memory. 4, the seats were too hard. But I think it looks better than the ford. Is the tailgate power up and down? And I don't think the headlights turn with the steering wheel.
Since you mentioned it: as far as I understand for the new 2024 ford f-150 they rebranded the limited trim into a package, called platinum plus. Normal platinum beeing the more sporty exterior/black interior, platinum plus beeing the more chrome exterior and lighter interior (more cream than blue this year though). I've seen an interview with a ford engineer where he stated customer were confused about which one is the highest trim (limited or platinum). He also mentioned they changed the angle of the back seats beeing not so upright. Since the f-250/f-350 got an updated design before this, I assume they kept the limited trim for this model year and will update next year? Not sure. On other topic, it's interesting how gmc kept the new duramax diesel option on the sierra 1500 denali ultimate and the ford only have a hybrid for the f-150 platinum plus. It would be interesting to see a duramax diesel ultimate and hybrid f-150 platinum plus compared. Like same luxury trim different engines, how they drive, etc. Anyway, great video as always, Ben!
I watched a video of a limited owner, he said the limited seats picked up lint and other material. He said about twice a week he had to clean the seat he sat on.
I just ordered a limited with heavy suspension package, which uses the tremor springs front/ blocks rear, (1” total”), of course Tremor shocks won’t come on it but I will upgrade later
My theatre room in my house has all the OG Mafia gangster pics in black in white on the walls so when your kicked back watching the godfather or sopranos it makes you feel as if your in the sequel. Surrounded by Bose state of the art speakers with such crystal clear sound coming out the speakers sounding like a symphony
These trucks need to have dual hvac systems, those are used in full sized SUVs. Basically those have 2nd evaporator in the boot, that is neede in this trucks. Front ac is not enough to cool the large cabin.
Personally, I'd opt for the Platinum over this. The navy blue/gray interior on the Limited is okay, but nothing special. The carmello interior on the Platinum and the King Ranch interior look better than the Limited. And, maybe most importantly, on those other trims I can opt OUT of the sunroof. On the Limited, you're stuck with it.
To me, I would rather buy the 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Limited because those trucks are gorgeous to look at! I would buy a used 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Limited because they're more affordable these days.
Limited is the super duty all out luxury - NOT the platinum. I own them both in the Super duty lineup and both are great but the Limited is for sure the top dog.
Lincoln tried the truck route but sales began to drop as Ford realized the vast majority of buyers were looking for utilitarian trucks foremost and not primarily luxury trucks. Ford already had a solid line of best selling trucks and the overlap of Lincoln just didn't make sense. Now you can get luxury options to make it more like a Lincoln without the factory expense of producing a separate, expensive line.
For that kind of money, I would rather spend it on a Benz or Porsche. The Big 3 are only doing these trucks because they have been outclassed by the Germans, Japanese, British, and Italians on sport and luxury cars. Even the Koreans are in the market now. They gave away the compact car and sedan market to the Japanese, Koreans, and VW. The luxury car market to the Germans, Lexus, Land Rover/Range Rover, and now Genesis.
That truck is a real beauty, the epitome of class but those undersized tires have got to go!! 275/65 on a truck of that size? The same size tires that come on waaaay smaller trucks like F150s and 1500 Silverados.
Still this is a better deal. In India, people are paying almost 73k for a 2.8l i4 diesel mid size SUV. This is hell of a lot better deal you guys in the states are getting. You guys are way luckier than those in India.
This would be a good truck for 70k. Sorry, but no way this competes against GMC HD...Ford's look sooooooo generic and bland. The white interior is a nightmare..tells you that a truck person wasn't involved in that decision.
Sad thing is, 99.9% of anyone who buys these trucks will never actually do their own repairs on it. Poor people fix and repair vehicles they cant afford while rich folks buy vehicles they cant fix themselves
These trucks need to have dual hvac systems, those are used in full sized SUVs. Basically those have 2nd evaporator in the boot, that is neede in this trucks. Front ac is not enough to cool the large cabin.
Yes it’s a nice truck! Remember the days people spend 100k on AMG Mercedes, M BMW and Porsche’s! Now Fords and Dodges!?

@joshchristopher679 you need a truck if you live on acreage, south, north, east, west.

@Countcho that's because they are now as comfortable as luxury SUVs and much safer too. And toys got much bigger too.

I think you are referring to the F150 Limited being discontinued.
I dream of a f450 limited, but i also have nightmare's of those payments.
I agree the Ford F350 is a nice luxury truck. I was impressed with the horsepower and the fact that it's a Limited. Your StarFan Volume 10.
That is one beautiful truck, inside and outside. I would rather the Ford over the Denali Ultimate.
Just got word my F450 limited is being made at the end of the month!! I can’t wait, it’s only been on order since Oct of 2022…. Haha at least I’m getting a 2024 now

One of my favorite HD trucks
Don't forget my redwings and my low top Jordans and my slides. Size 10
This is a magnificent work truck.

The single rear wheel looks better than the the dually because of the way they attack the fenders on fenders on for the dually

They got rid of the limited trim and call it platinum plus or something like that
@@JesusGarcia98.F not in the super duty lineup (so far)
Ford did a fantastic job on there truck. Big truck looks awesome
Thanks for the time and effort you put into these videos! 👍
If we get it imported here in Australia. The cost of conversion and other on road cost. The price will be competing against a Rolls Royce phantom.
I wished it had full display mirrors
Front windows should had privacy glass also.
Not legal in some states
It’s not a luxury truck until it gets the chrome appearance package. For now we will just say this is a nice truck.
no report on the drive harshness? subpar review
My type of truck #perfection
I’d take that limited all day ever day
I am a friend of yours and have been following you for years. I want how much this car costs and its origin is Libya.❤🇱🇾🇱🇾
There is no limited trim for the 2024 F150
I will have the King Ranch.
Still this is far better deal, better than paying almost 73k for Toyota Fortuner.
Cause the 4 of us and the kiddos are gonna be working mobile from a luxury RV soon when we go on a long vacstion
All I have left to do is upgrade the starlink Internet to it then we're off
I wish there was a Lincoln version to make it properly luxurious.

Pack of rubbers also

9 1/2 is stretching it
For the money I’d go with new Chevy. But these prices I’d buy a older Diesel
that does NOT look like a 8 foot box... no way. that looks like those tiny 5.5 instead.
Hello, my friend
100k with still a lot of plastic fantastic in it.
Why won't they make higher trims of the F-150 with column shifters 😢
Lower you prices if you try to impress ford loyal
Interior looks like cheap plastic! They only have blue interior on the limited?
❤
This truck has the same basic chassis, suspension, and cab as a 2017 model year Super Duty. It’s nice, but $100k is way too much.

Damn girl that stomach getter ng so big..
I may be the odd man out, but that interior color design is ugly. Enough to turn me onto a different level trim.

Not bad for 70% + made in China??😮😢
U need to start dressing more professional like. Good agents wear skin tight dresses and heels not leather all day long...
Compare the looks of this truck to the ugly Cybertruck.
ugliest truck on market

Actually my dealer mechanic drives one, as does my independent as well.
Hard pass on the blue interior
No way I can buy a new truck. What happened to a new truck for $5,000. Guess those days are gone
