Remember ladies don’t over moisturize your bags. Use a white t shirt to apply the cleaner and moisturizer. Maybe only needs the care every couple of months depending on the climate you live in. Coach also has a leather care program to help clean the leather (only the exterior) it should still be free at a retail location (not outlet)
I just recently found this out! No one ever mentions it in store. I bought the leather care conditioner and cleaner. My SA showed me how to use it, but never mentioned I could bring the bag in for free maintenance 😂.

@@g.pearson4726 Depending on the finish you should be able to spot clean and moisturize it. I have the gold one and gave it a little love a few weeks back. To be safe with the cleaner (not the moisturizer) to be sure the color is safe test a spot on the inside to be sure it won’t transfer off- if not a gentle wipe with cleaner should be fine.
The softness of the bag varies by color because of the dyes. It's all on how the leather takes the color ☺️

My motto is - when in doubt, leave it out. Like you, I jumped into the handbag world and went crazy with purchasing. Trust your instinct and that initial hunch. If you don’t LOVE it, I’d return it.

Thanks for talking about the softness of the leather! I actually had this question, because on my retailer's website (in Europe), the white is "fine grain leather", while the black is "nappa leather". I personally prefer the nappa leather.

I just bought the 20 black with gun metal hardware. I won’t get til sometime in Feb. I also bought the 26 in moss. Also waiting for that one. I typically like color bags over black though. The blue grey is a cute color and the bag looks cute on you too…but so does the 26.

I got the 26 in black with gold hardware. She is super soft. I did notice that if you pull the chain crossbody through the back, it will hang a little bit lower. Hope that helps in your decision.
That 33 tabby is massive. I love that the kindle fits in the back yaaaasss! I am also a way bigger fan of the metal C. I won’t do the leather C because I would dread for my dirty fingies to scratch the leather and have it wear thru time. Love these reviews, and if you can do a 6/12 month review that would be awesome!!!!

I’m also a size XL and I’m 5’7” and just got this bag and it’s still massive to me 😂 the bigger issue for me is that it fits way above my hip so the crossbody functionality doesn’t work on me. I wish they had made the strap longer on this one!
Coach is great at catering to their customers
You should reach out to a sales associate and see if they can lengthen the strap for you
You may have to ship it to their repair service
I like the 33 size for jacket/coat seasons.

I have the 20 in black and silver hardware on the way. I ordered from 24S after weeks of searching. I was torn between the 20 and 26 but went with the 20 because i think the 26 would be too big for my 5'2 frame.

Just got the 33 yesterday. Loving these quilted tabby’s! Just some feedback - this video is really dark so you might want to just scootch over to better lighting. And the smoke detector beeping in the background is really distracting. I’ve watched a few of your videos and have some great info so no shade at all ❤

i have the Madison nappa leather and i take care of it and i don't have that issue
It's really hard to tell online from the website how big this bag is. I did order it but Iam now on the fence this might be too big. I will decide when I compare to the 26.

I got the pillow tabby 18 sliver on sale a few years ago at Dillard
It’s usually after all the buzz of the bag has worn down.
That’s when I pounce 😆🤣😆🤣😂🤣
Also there are the Coach outlet stores. They usually get bags right before they hit Dillards.
