I'm brazillian and i've never heard of Guaraná Brazilia...
me too... i've never heard of Guaraná Brazilia...
same
eu tb n eu só bebo o guaraná normal msm
Emmy, this video of yours was the third one I saw of foreigner people eating Brazilian snacks. And I must say that you were the one that made me the most happy with your reactions - the other two only had exaggerated reactions and said some slightly offensive things. So, I'd like to say "thank you", and congratulate on your nice behaviour.
Some curiosities: the Brazilian taste in general likes very sweet stuff, I'm saying this because I noticed how often you commented about the candies being sweet in taste.
A pity you were sent mostly only chocolate, because we do have some other stuff that are very good and unique, for example, "paçoca", which is made of peanut, and is mostly sweet, but salty at the same time.
Another curiosty, you compared the Charge with Snickers, and we do have Snickers here, but I think it only arrived recently on Brazil.
Hello and thanks for the kind words. :) Here's a more recent taste of Brazil Emmy Eats Brazil part 2 - tasting more Brazilian treats & I sample paçoca. :)
you should try PAÇOCA
I try it here: Emmy Eats Brazil part 2 - tasting more Brazilian treats
Try TAPIOCA, very goood.
I absolutely love this video as a Brazilian when I see people try our foods I get super excited to see there reactions....but most of the times people can be very rude and mean towards how the "snacks" taste and most of the videos don't even have traditional snacks but this VIDEO IS AMAZING!❤️
13:51 LOOOOOL
Hello Amy! I 'm from Brazil and I would like to add some informations to your video :)
1 - That chocolate bar you called "Prestigi" is actually named Prestígio. Yeah, the coconut image is a "O"
2 - The most popular softdrink in Brazil is called "Guaraná Antarctica". I'ts kind of our national softdrink, like Coke for United States.
3 - Bis (that wafer chocolate) in Portguese means something like "Once again". The little separated pieces makes us eating one, and another one and so on... which reminds us of doing it again and again.. Bis! Once again!
Just subcribed to your chanel.
Greetings from Brazil!
Bis is kind of our smores hahaha
They send her a especialidades nestlé box, by whatt I'm watching, LOL
i'm brazilian and i love my country's food and sweets :D that's so delicious ^^
She deserves more subscribers.
She describes things to where it's almost like you're eating it. Also she has a very soft, enjoyable voice. I love her!!
I love seeing you eat sweets from my country!
Emmy you are so polite. I'm brazilian and i notice most of the foreigners consider our snacks and sweets too salty or too sweet. We are used to it, but for others it don't taste that good, but you didn't complain. :)
I agree with you, I avoid seeing this kinds of videos about Brazil because of it.
But she was so polite, and I like it.
Oh, that's true.
Americans are the one's who piss me off.
Asians are another level.
She's been so polite in her videos all over.
Could not be different about our snacks or chocolates in general, wich I personally don't think are bad, not including this guaraná soda "brazilia" because I have never drunk, but ...
I really appreciate that because many videos I have seen, americans are destroying this kind of product came from Brazil. But She hasn't been doing it,
I would like to live in Brazil, a beautiful country. I greet all!
You will be so welcome ;)
Thank you for the invitation. I would like to fly to Brazil on holiday ^^
do not say that
Maybe a beautiful country, however, not safe at all! believe me!
Iskierka Nadziei im brazilian yes are a beatiful contry but has its problems
I continue to love your cheerful enthusiasm, Emmy. That have such a soft, smooth & gentle voice at the same time makes your videos exactly the balm I need to get through trying times.
I hope you and your loved ones stay safe and happy, and that you are willing to keep posting for a long time.
Guaraná Antarctica is the most famous drink/soda in Brazil. I've never heard of this other brand with the country's map on the can.
Im brazilian and the best soda here os coca cola or. for You coke
tem muitas outras marcas soda , guarana antarctica , coca cola e varios outros
Im brazilian, i've never heard about this "Guaraná Brasilia" hahaha we have Guaraná Antárctica!
Mas tem no brasil
Eu sou brasileira e nunca ouvi falar desse Guaraná Brasília também, aqui é Guaraná Antártica!!
Fun fact about "Bis", in portuguese "bis" actually means "encore", so it would be a catch like, once you taste one you ask for encore(you eat a Bis, you ask for "bis")
Your video is way better than the Buzzfeed ones...they sent you actually the best brands of these snacks, so your opinion would not be influenced by poorly made products. Nice.
Excep for the guarana, the most popular brand is Antartica I think...Brasilia is a regional one, Im guessing it sells only where the girls are from. OH, sensação is the BEST! I love it. And LOLO is TOTALLY MY CHILDHOOD.
Thanks Erica!
+emmymadeinjapan you need to prrove cold guarana is great better than pepsi or fanta
Indeed, I've never heard about Guaraná Brasília in my life hahaha. And she gave you a diet one, wich never tastes good in my opinion! :b
Emmy, next time tou have the chance, try Guaraná Antártica with ice and orange juice! It's the best!
+John Leaf agreed
+emmymadeinjapan If you have a chisel and a hammer, I'm sending to you the true Brazilian sweet. "Brown sugar's anvil" (Rapadura)
As a Brazilian, it's SOOO entertaining seeing people from outside of BR trying our goodies! =D It makes me really happy, knowing you liked them so much!
"Guarana Brazilia" fala sério, nunca nem ouvi falar desse refrigerante no Brasil, devia ter mandado um dollynho pra ela!!!
nunca vi tbm
Porra Pedro então você é cego
Andressa R kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Convensão e Simba são populares na Cidade de São Paulo, Guaraná Jesus do Nordeste....
Kkk tbm pensei a mesma coisa
Wow, Bis are my favourite chocolate snack.
Thanks for being so sincere about the snacks and I could see that throug your describings.
Almost every brazilian candy is VERY sweet. You can always expect milk chocolate, not dark, and lots of sugar. That's the reason I didn't send you a package, I though 'She wont like it... everything is so sweet!' :)
I found your video after watching another "tasting brazilian sweets" and the difference between the two is just... wow. Unfortunately, the other video has more than 4M views, but your opinion means a lot more to me (based on respect and good taste)
Same here!
natfv I didn't knew their channel before this video, maybe that wasn't their real opinion, but anyways, I don't know how can someone find them funny (or interesting)
natfv you say it like Brazil is the furthest away from western culture possible and that our snacks would somehow taste wildly different for some reason. Most of the snacks they tried over at Smosh have an equivalent in the US. They weren't just messing around, they were being dicks unnecessarily. At least that's how I perceive it.
Nice to see you eating all this stuff from Brazil!! We have other good things here too that im sure you would love to taste haha
You're awesome emmy! Greetings from Brazil (:
I live in Brazil, i live in Brasilia and i never hear about the Guaraná Brasilia. Really, never see this brand in a market. kkk
And I'm from Rio and I 've never seen this soda as well. Strange... But I'm curious.
Clara Aldrighi I'm from são Paulo, and actually I never see that either haha
That's totally true, i live in Brasília too and i never seen this brand before.
gente é todod mundo do Brasil pq n fala portugues
Guarana Brazilia, I am brazilian, live in Brazil and I never heard of it XD
but yes guaraná is common, but I know other brands like Antárctica
The most amazing thing about to watch this video is to see someone so lovely trying things for the first time that here in Brazil everyone tried before. I wish I could remember myself having Sonho de Valsa for the first time!! So lovely video!! Obrigado!!
That's it, I'm subscribing! I tried to hold it until I'd seen all the older videos, but this just does it! That epic BURRRRP! I
Yay! :)
I have never heard of this Guarana brand here in Brazil. The most famaous we've got is Guaraná Antarctica. I guess you have already heard of it.
The guarana antartica is nothing compared to dolly guarana
Gean Lucas Please, don't do that to her... lol
Kkkkkkkk
I think she was referring to the guarana flavor.
what about the Guarana Jesus?
I´m from Brazil! Yei!
Another great video, Emmy. Not just because I agree with your judgement on the food, but also because you know how to be honest and technical about what you are tasting. Good job.
You're so cute tasting our sweets!!!!
+Giovanna Souza SHE WOULD BE ALOT CUTE IF SHE WASN'T A CIA ASSET...BOOO..THUMBS DOWN
+Chris G are you mentsl
I really liked how you describe the tastes, you were very accurate about them (i'm brazilian btw). And you look like a very gentle, polite and nice person.
I enjoyed your video, keep it up ;)
Belo 7 is a legendary sweet here in Brazil, people use them to stick coconuts.
I'm Brazilian, and traditionally, Guarana Antartica is much more popular, and i've never heard of the brand you got. But i'm glad you got explanations of the food and you clearly know food more than the others i've seen try food, and i'm glad you have a bit more of an understanding of brazilian food and seem to have a better knowledge of it. Thanks for not making our food look terrible like some other people did.
Guarana is why I hate Coke!!! How anyone could like coke when there's guarana nearby??? So awesome!!
So respectful and kind ! wow
Emmy, you really should try "Pe-de-moleque", "Maria-Mole", "Quindim", "Paçoca", "Teta-de-Nega", "Brigadeiro"... There are so many other famous sweets and recipes in Brazil due to the immense and cultural diversity... :D
Yeah, that's true, those manufactured chocolats don't represent that well the Brazil sweets as these above. And i ll warn you if you try to taste them, They are very very sweet.
Quindim for the win!!
Renato Mota I agree! Those sweets you said are the ones I would really call "tradicional brazilian sweets". The ones she tasted were the snacks you usually see in stores. The ones she ate that I would put on the list of tradicional brazilian sweets were the banana one and goiabada.(and Guaraná, but that was a flavor of soda REALLY famous, so...)
Renato Mota Isto!
You are great! Thank you! I´m not owner of any brand showed, but you had helped so many marketing departments.
Biscoito de polvilho, goiabada, doce de banana, guarana... Great!!!
but, definetly, PAÇOCA was missing. Emmy should try it...
So many others too... Maria-mole, Maçã-do-amor, teta-de-nega, suspiro. All of that are tradicional cooking, not industrial trademarks.
Bolacha*
I was thinking the same thing, she must try paçoca and the others you said. I'm from rio and they are famous in day of saints cosmas and damian and June party (Festa junina), a tradicional party. Ps1: they are hick or yokel candies, i dont know how to say that
ps2: here in day of saints cosmas and damian the kids go out on street to catch candies, kind of halloween
Leandro Candido e como você chegou nessa conclusão???
teta-de-nega ela ia falar black boob kkkkkk
Sonho de valsa is the best ever! You're very sweet and respectful about us, love the video!! Hugs from southern Brazil!
shauhsauhsu na hora que ela foi experimentar o 7belo eu fiquei com medo dela quebrar o dente ;-;
KKKKKKKKKKK
Um da legião dos Funkys por aki? Lol brbrhue kkk
This is the best taste test I've seen of Brazil! You're awesome Emmy! Thanks for this video!
Actually the coconut candy bar is called Prestigio, but the letter "o" is a opened coconut so it's a trick to people who don't know this chocolate.
Nice channel, you're really eloquent and inteligent, keep up the good work.
you win a Emmy🏆

You should try the chocolate from the city of "gramado", in the state of "rio grande do sul".they have a lot of chocolate factories but I think all of trem are great.
Chokito: Caramelized condensed milk, with crispy flakes covered in chocolate.
Dammit, now I am singing that in my head...
Thank you very much!!! You are the first amerian to say our food is good!!! Subscribed
emmy im really curious whether you finish up all the candies once you unwrapped them!! it seems like there are soOoo many to consume by yourself, especially if they're in a larger pack of chips?? haha love u x
I'm brazilian and I can tell you that Sensação is the BEST chocolate in the world! I live in Campinas, São Paulo and is great to know that you like this things!
Beautiful video. I am Brazilian and I know these sweet forever. Bis really is the best, but missed you test "Paçoca", "Pé de moleque" and "Brigadeiro" =]
Emmy, i'm Brazilian and thank you to taste this sweets. is good to see that you liked our sweets. =)
You should try Guaraná Antártica

Ride Brazil kkkkkkkkkkkkk coragem
Michael Freitas se ela provar dolly ela morre kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
When I was there twenty years ago they gave me a kind of party dessert called "brigadeiro" (condensed milk with chocolate) and "pão de queijo". The first was sooooo sweet that I felt my eyes turning around. I prefer pão de queijo. Home made "Maria Mole", "pudim de leite" are good too. Huuumm 🤤 SAUDADE
yaaay i'm glad you liked the brazilian snacks =PP i'm brazilian and i love our sneaks =D i laughed loud when you ate the polvilhos saying they were mini peanuts loooool
kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk né
Porra a menina comeu coisa boa e acho ruim, comeu coisa ruim e acho boa.
Helena Gouveia Aqui ta parado né, vamo fala d algo interessante: pudim e tekpix!
The way she says "Chokito Branco" is so lovely.
Emmy, you're so adorable!
I'm Brazilian, and actually we have here so many examples of typical candies from different regions across the country. Unfortunately, the people who sent you these samples chose only products that we found on supermarkets, that come from industry. Much part of our candies are homemade, taught from generations to generations. I hope someday you can come to our country and taste the delicious Brazilian cooking, including the candies.
I apologize for my bad English.
Kisses from Brazil! 🇧🇷
Gente, como ela é fofinha ////❤
you're so sweet!! It's really nice to see you talking about snacks from my country xoxo
In my opinion, DOLLY is the most popular drink in Brazil.
I'm brazilian!
+BerthieGamer u melior
+BerthieGamer guaraná jesus is better
I love the way you pay attention to the littlelest details that even brazilian people (including me) never do!
Most of the things you ate I really hate (and I'm Brazilian lol)
You should try a snack called Coxinha, it's delicious!
By the way, I don't know this soda you drank. The original one is called Guaraná Antartica and it comes in a green can.
I really hate the goiaba and banana candies! They taste horrible.
You were very kind for not demonstrating it ahaha
Its so cool to see other people trying our snacks , so diferent for them , so common for us
So nice to see you eating my country =]
I just wish you had try Paçoca and Pé de moleque, they are
very typical and different.
It's funny how you compare the Biscoito de doce de leite with the Bis,
cause even though they are similar we treat them like complete different things.
Bis is a candy and the Biscoito is snack. Or maybe that's just my opinion on the matter xP.
prestigio is the name that we use when we mix coconut and chocolate, so we have prestigio cake, prestigio sweets and things like that
Emmy please later try some coxinha it's a delicious brazilian food!!!
***** A zuera. kkkk
Pastel de Flango também!

And i'm brazilian ( I LOVE YOOOOOU ) ♡♡♡
Those Prestigi are called Prestigio here in Chile, those are so delicious!
Here in Brazil it is actually called Prestigio, she didn't noticed that the "O" is a coconut.
Nice video! I love your detailed descriptions.

emmymadeinjapan I invite you and all Americans to try Brigadeiro and Coxinha. They are the best and the most popular treats in Brazilian Parties, especially kid's parties.
Brigadeiro is a chocolate candy, it's like a cream ball covered with chocolate sprinkles.
Coxinha is a fried salt treat. It's like a "pome" (in form and size) made of dough and stuffed with chicken.
they are hard to describe in a text, you really should try it and discover for yourself how they are like. I'm sure you are going to love them.
Wow they forgot the "PAÇOCA" the most and delicious candy from Brazil!
I really like the candys. Best brasilian candy video that i ever see.
I'm brazilian and I've never seen this guaraná. It's funny to see foreigners eating things that we're so used to, loved this video!
Cant believe they sent you the white chocolate version of Chokito
Emmy really seems like a fun and sweet person.
That's not the most popular drink in Brazil, I didn't even know it exists until this video, the most popular brazilian drink in Brazil is probably Guaraná Antartica
Artur Henrique coca-cola
+Ranieri Castelar we are talking about BRAZILIAN drink. Coke isn't brazilian.
The way she speaks "doce de leite" is the cutest thing ever!!!
Carollina Santos Doci de leitche HEUHEUEHUEHUEHUEHEUHEU
I agree with her on putting Bis at the top of her list. I LOVE Bis. When she was eating it, my mouth watered. :P I need to buy a Bis box, just now!!!
"Doce de letxe" it's so cute *^* I love Lollo ❤ it's my favorite, with Sensação and Smash :3
You are me hero!! That endslate was amazing. You burp just like me hahaha Very few women are blessed with the great belching ability. You're a chosen one hahaha
Lol
about Chokito, everybody who lived through the 80s in Brazil know by heart the ingredients because of the jingle, which were the ingredients sung: leite condensado, caramelizado, com flocos crocantes e coberto com o delicioso chocolate Nestle (condensed milk, caramelized, with crunchy flakes and covered with the delicious Nestle chocolate... yes, that´s how much ads for kids stuck in their minds.
YAAAAAYY!!! Ok, some curiosities about these treats:
-The name of the banana treat is not Fazendinha, Fazendinha is the name of the brand! The name of the candy is "doce de banana" or "bananada" which can be translated as "banana candy". It usually can have the sugar crust outside but it can also be plain (I like it plain better cause it's not that sweet).
-I never saw that brand of guaraná in my life so I have no idea if the taste is legit (mainly cause they sent you a diet one), but the most consumed brand of guaraná in Brazil is actually produced by Coke and it comes in a green can!
-Also never saw that brand of goiabada, but they also can be found without the sugar crust
-The original Chokito is not white, it's milk chocolate, I think the white one was supposed to be a limited edition but they might have sticked with it
-Lollo is a VERY old candy bar, it used to be called Lollo when it was released but then they changed the name to Milkybar (which makes no sense since there is an american candy bar called Milkybar that has nothing to do with it). Then I think it was actually out of market for a while (not sure) and then it was finally released again with the old name =D I personally don't love it, but it's ok.
I wish they had sent you more tradicional and better stuff, but I understand it's hard to find everything, I hope you get more brazilian packages soon!
Falou tudo o que eu queria kkk
Actually I think the most consumed brand of guaraná is Antartica and in second place comes Kuat (from coca cola)... And I've never seen that brand here as well...
BIS are so popular in Brazil that Hershey's made it's own version... we have the milk chocolate, white chocolate, lemon, orange... they have this name 'cause it's impossible to eat only one
Augusto Hideki OH that's true! =D
onde tu arrumou esse refri 😂😂😂😂
pois é... 😂😂
HUEHUE ela eh ninja vey huehueheheuey
+Velpt kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk slc
Paola and Bella forgot to send really important things that describe the flavor of Brazil. There are a lot of other thing that reminds the Brazil's flavor way better than that.
Emmy Eats Brazil part 2 - tasting more Brazilian treats
I'm from Brazil and I'm glad you enjoyed our smoothies rs ' loved the video ^^
Very good your video!
I suggest experimenting "Paçoquinha", "Maxi Goiabinha", "Brigadeiro".
And drink "Guaraná Antárctica."
I loved this video! Here, in brazil, we have more typical candies, you show just industrial candies. The best typical candies are Cocada branca, cocada preta, doce de leite, nego bom, pé-de-moleque, pé-de-moça, quindim, pudim... And so much more.
If someday you come to brazil, try coxinha.Search on google, it looks like a 3D fried doh tear, filled with cheese and chicken.
+Luli Pop games melhor descrição de coxinha ever! Kkk
Coxinha is the best snack ever! I'm Brazilian ;)
+Luan Christian pastel
é igualmente bom
I actually like the video ! That's nice of you Emmy
The cheese is Romeo, and the goiabada is Juliet. :D (Romeu e Julieta)
I loved your reactions and expressions! So Cute!
Actually those were all traditional foods that Nestle bought, like in aggressive take overs to monopolize Brazilian markets.
THE MOST PERFECT AND CUTE FOOD CRITIC IN THE WORLD 😍
that burp at the end doe xD
Your jumper is AMAZING Emmy! It really suits you :)
How did you not faint for eating so many sweets!? >3
Also the Galak ice cream ^^
I could spend all day trying new candies without having aches in general.
I am impressed that you could pronounce the ão sound which is nearly impossible for non português speakers to say. Not to bad with the rest 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Never saw that soda here in Brazil but the rest we have.
Me neither G_G, maybe that's because of Guaraná..
neither I, but I know that there are several regional guarana brands in our country. One of my favorites is the Sao Carlos brand, only found in the city of the same name
