I really like that Marba sees Buu as a failure. Yes, he is incredibly powerful, but Buu (Kid Buu, not the fat one) was uncontrollable. Bibidi barely managed to keep him in line. I wouldn't be shocked if Buu is the reason the Demon Realm is all torn up. Dude went berserk the moment he spawned. Also, it fits his character that Bibidi would lie about creating Buu to make himself look like a genius.
It's even better because Buu blew a 3-0 lead instead of a 3-1 lead. He cooked Vegeta, he cooked Gotenks, he cooked Gohan, then proceeded to get washed by Goku and Hercule😂
The final test of strength for Goku in this show will be deception, not a brawl. Arinsu/Gomah plans, Glorio, the cup game, demons; his plain honesty will shine through. Feels like old Dragon Ball, in that way.

This is honestly one of my favorite animated fights in all of Dragon Ball! The choreography, the camerawork, the pacing, it’s all perfect! I also love that Goku didn’t have to destroy the Tamagami, he’s pretty cool.
For the longest time, as much as I loved DBZ, I thought the choreography was lazy compared to OG DB. This show has the best fight choreography since DB, I think. I wonder how it will go as the fights get even bigger.
The fight between the Thor Tamagami and Kid Goku was amazingly choreographed. Given that the 3rd demon world is the weakest, it makes sense that Goku took care of the 3rd Tamagami pretty easily. I also don’t think they’re going to be the strongest antagonists in this show, especially since Arinsu and Marba are cooking up a new Majin Buu which would probably be the endgame.
Not too easily. He needed SSJ2 to take out this Tamagami. He only has one higher level left with SSJ3 that may get him past Tamagami #1 and #2 but definitely not New Buu
In the first episode, Warp Sama informed Gomah that Arinsu had travelled to Universe 7 before them. Gomah and Degesu were looking into this matter. This shows that King Gomah is not the clown he appears to be and also makes sense for Arinsu to be there during the Buu Saga.
She's probably reviving Kid Buu, which I doubt would happen, or stealing his powers to make her Majin. I'm just speculating though. I don't know what she's gonna do.

Goku was playing around and tapping SSJ2 was literally just to flex. He was not hit once at all, he was thinking of being fair. He only used the power pole when the hammer was in the game. He turned SSJ and immediately got the upper hand with speed and power. He only resorted to ki blast when Tama#3 did, same with the Kamehameha.

Goku wasn't playing around at all, hence why he went SSJ QUICK. If it wasn't for the window of opportunity he had where Tama3 let his guard down the fight would've kept going.
The animation between goku and number 3 is insane and when shin's sister got the sample of Majin buu and the origin of how Majin buu was created was something, I'm very interested in the story, and they take time with the story, no rushing

Just imagine Glorio was in Goku position and won but failed that final test he wouldn't have been rewarded the dragon ball based on pwr lvl and character because most likely Glorio would get upset and try to forcefully take the dragon ball showing he is not meant to have it.
The callbacks to so many episodes and moves was insane, Goku vs kefla with that kamehameha, a what if between Goku versus top we never got and that famous recoome elbow strike
man i fw how they made ssj2 look. the subtle detail of the lightning flowing up with the aura is such a clean touch vs the static way it was before, as much as i loved it.

This is the level of animation and fight choreograph I expect from super going forward, anything less is unacceptable. I think super should be done seasonally to uphold the quality as well as allowing the manga to stay ahead by a healthy distance.
Jamnemba was made of evil energy stripped from souls. Buu was made of pure evil. Janemba could be a plausible outcome just having buu energy to make him stronger.
I really want to see Piccolo do something in this series. That's why I kind of expect each of the three (Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo) to fight a Tamagami each.
i doubt it, the buu saga showed piccolo's nowhere near their level, if anything he'll fight alongside someone else. vegeta's only got ssj2 rn and that's 4x weaker than goku's max which goku hasn't even used. gohan's stronger than all of them and he's not even here, gohan nation we stay losing

And Marba hesitating to accept responsibility also makes sense. After all she is right in front of Arinsu, a Glind who got slaughtered by Buu. Everyone will be out for her head if word got out. Theory time - Whatever this new majin is, it is going to absorb Glorio and becomes Mira in canon. While Arinsu is Towa. I mean sexy demon scientist in league with Dabura, check (not as sexy as Towa though, but maybe she has a transformation).
