  • I had an issue with the transmission going into limp mode due to a lost input speed sensor signal. This video will show you how to replace the conductor plate in your 5 speed transmission.
    Feel free to ask any questions, like, comment and definitely subscribe!! Thanks 💯💯

    Heyyyy bro I finally fixed my 300!!!! p0753 solenoid code ended up being only a freaking cut wire from corrosion underneath. Putting this out there for everyone else & it was also triggering the oil light on the dash & p0522... anyways thanks for your vid & I love your hemi turbo g💯

      Appreciate the comment bro. P0522 is an oil pressure sensor code, this is not the cause of your shifting problem. P0758 is definitely the cause of the no shift issue. When p0758 is active the transmission will go into limp mode. It indicates a 2-3 shift solenoid circuit fault. Do You have the 5 speed transmission?

      @@user-un8vz6tm1w There is an issue with your 2-3 shift solenoid circuit. The possible causes could be: Bad Conductor plate, bad wire connection between the tcm and transmission, a bad 2-3 solenoid, or a bad TCM (most unlikely but still listed as possible cause) The first thing I’d do is unplug the transmission connector and see if it has any corrosion or wetness in there. If you have a multimeter and are interested in figuring out how to diagnose this issue, let me know, I could definitely provide more information if needed. 💯💯🤝 let me know how that goes bro!!

    Another informative video. And inspiring. I've always been paranoid about dropping valve bodies in transmissions but am surprised at how straight forward the NAG-1 is set up! Also, how did you get those back bolts out of the Trans pan without removing the transmission support? I couldn't get those out with that installed to save my life and had to pull the support and prop up the transmission last time I did a filter change. Anyways, great video!

    • @colin7761
      @colin7761  7 месяцев назад +3

      Thanks for the comment I definitely appreciate it! Thankfully I was able to drop the pan without having to move the trans support bracket. I just used a 1/4” ratchet with a T30 and was able to get the back ones out first with no problems! 🤝💯 it’s definitely not too bad of a job! I hear ya about the rear pan bolts being a bit difficult to get out but once you get past that it’s pretty easy! Anyway take care bro! Have a good one 💯💯🤝

    • @KlintonMcD
      @KlintonMcD 7 месяцев назад +1

      That's impressive I know I tried with a t30 and a 1/4 inch ratchet at all the angles I could come at it with and couldn't get to it but it was on a v8 magnum so I wonder if the v6 sits a little higher than the v8, but also honestly could also just be user error lol.

    • @colin7761
      @colin7761  7 месяцев назад +2

      I think you may be right about the V8 difference. Because I do remember removing the transmission mount bracket in order to get my v8 trans pan off. It seemed a lot more difficult 😂. So you could be on to something there!! 💯🤝 haha anyway have a good one bro!! I Appreciate your comments!!

    2007 Dodge Magnum and mines says lost communication with Transmission Control Module. Brought a new one and it worked good for 2 weeks and then went back to saying lost communication with TCM. Won’t go past 40 mph.. Any suggestions?

      Is that the only code it has bro? Have you checked the TCM connector and fuse?

  • @juanlanda2441

    Mine had a no shift from 1-2 and. No speedometer. . So i will test the solenoids and almost want to ckean the metal shavings off of the input and output sensors to see if that is what is disrupting the signal to my speedo. Also may be keeping the trans from shifting if there is no speedo data. . Oy thing is once i re i stall it , ifnit doesnt work, then i will have to lose the fluid again .

    • @colin7761
      @colin7761  Месяц назад +2

      Heey bro! Sorry to hear that. P0522 is a DTC that means the engine oil pressure circuit is low. So either a bad engine oil pressure switch or the wires may be damaged. It has nothing to do with it staying in first though. The p0731 is whats causing the tcm limp mode. It has detected slippage in the transmission. Are you able to check the trans fluid level?

      It had codes P2784 and P2767. It would malfunction and set the transmission in limp mode, causing it to be stuck in one gear and not able to shift. 💯💯🤝

    • @colin7761

      It definitely could be a bad conductor plate. I’d check the connector going into the transmission first and make sure there’s no corrosion or wire damage. Good luck bro 💯🤝
