I went through my phone. Deleted a bunch of contacts and messages that no longer had a place in my life (plus I needed storage space on my phone lol). Told a couple of ppl how I felt about them, my circumstances, and then deleted my online dating.
Decided I may just need to back away from dating for a while. If she wants to date (the main one i was focused on) then great! If not, I need to focus on work more. I get rejected enough at work, I don't want it in my friends/love life lol
