You guys complain way too much. I've been f2p ever since I joined, and I'm still not having problems with upgrading or battling. Your complaints about f2p and p2w's are just a skill issue. CR has also been giving out way more lucky boxes and challenges without the season shop.

@enochchave-iu7hThe lucky boxes don't even match up to the chest. Your personal anecdote doesn't represent everyone. I am constantly struggling against over leveled cards and struggling to get up to their level. Less cards to upgrade mean lower king levels as well which makes it even worse. If they really didn't want people to wait they could have always removed chest timers like they removed chest or give more chest keys with a high inventory size for them.

F chests. I get it, nostalgia and etc - i was playing before lvls were different for each rarity.
And i say - chests sucked balls. They took too long to open, didn't give much progression and forced you to NOT play, because you may miss a cool chest.

Actually, they tried to create the dragon coc in clash royale but it was too big for the arena, so they reduced the size and what the result was was as you know today, the baby dragon. But maybe with modern technology the purple dragon is possible.

Unpopular opinion I think its good, the season shop felt like a chore and were getting some of the progression back throught crown events, which is way more fun.
If they would just make a way to get 1 extra shard per month maybe for reaching ultimate champion it would be good
