This dish looks amazing! Anytime I make a dish with chicken I always soak the breast in buttermilk for a good 12-24 hours. Rinse it off, pat it dry and then season the chicken. Always super moist! Gotta try this recipe.

I like that you showed to season the inside before stuffing it. I see a lot of stuffed chicken recipes that don't tell you that. I just picked up some uncured bacon today, definitely will use it in this recipe.

Sometimes recipes are good to follow to a tee, others are good as guides. I find that your recipes are more guides which isn't a bad thing. It just needs someone who knows their way around a kitchen on a basic level and really just knowing what they like. I'm currently struggling with how to balance flavors. I like strong flavors and cook that way most often but when you have multiple parts that need to fit together in the end if you over season it ruins the whole dish. I just finished my stuffing but feel it needs more, however I feel like I need to leave it alone because once I season the chicken and actually cook the whole dish things will come together. Anyway, I'm done for the night most likely. Tasting as I went along with mashed potatoes did the thing so cereal for dinner tonight if I really need it but dinner tomorrow will be great. Amazing recipe... but I would need to make these about 10 at a time, and then eat them over the course of several meals. There is no way that I would have time to do that every evening. Looks awesome!

What is the best way to bread a stuffed chicken breast without the stuffing falling out?
Naturally a little stuffing might come out, but no worries! The breading would actually prevent more of it from coming out during the cooking process.
Great recipe. But a lot of the close up shots were out of focus. Maybe move back a few inches so the camera can focus? Otherwise a really great video.

I got like 5 of em but never use em cuz idk what difference it makes
Cast iron helps get a good sear, and they’re oven safe.. I just enjoy using them
