Ingredients :
235g flour
120g butter
120g brown sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 half packet of baking powder
100g chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of spread (Nutella or other)
Steps :
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cover the bottom of a round mold of 20 cm max with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix the soft butter with the brown sugar
Add the egg and blend a little more to incorporate.
Add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 half sachet of baking powder, chocolate chips and flour.
Blend at low speed, then finish with a whisk until a smooth paste is obtained.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts
Spread the 1st piece of dough by hand to cover the bottom of the mold
Spread the Nutella evenly on the bottom
Take small pieces of dough from the 2nd piece, spread them with your fingers and completely cover the cookie. Then seal the edges. Sprinkle the surface with the remaining chocolate chips.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cookie is lightly browned.
