What I have been doing is more protein intake, sugar and carbs intake cut down a lot, no processed food, workout focusing more on rowing and cardio. I am a rice lover so honestly one of the main things I need to constantly work on has been will power 🙂. So far so good. Feels great overall.
You already reversed your age in to 30s. Please continue this discipline even after completing this challenge. Just think that we reached the interval of our life cinema. And second half I will transform in to ranjini 2.0. Just enjoy the new disciplined version. If you can do this lot of benefits waiting you my friend. ❤❤❤

Drinking too much water may reduce weight fast ...if u stop ..u will gain weight fast again...plz be ware of all this...i have been a victim of this...,
