    It is now known that the US had tried to convince Sheikh Hasina to allow a US military base on a Bangladesh island. When Sheikh Hasina adamantly refused to give the US that demand then the US went the way it usually does and incited the opposition to bring about the ‘regime’ change. It’s okay to say that Bangladesh as a sovereign independent country can choose which direction to turn but the record clearly shows that friendship with the US is short term and lethal.

      Whatever dictator Hasina and his son says the Indian media spread them like holy truth.. She is a pathetic liar and we are tired of her drama.. Besides, explain how the US instigated the student protest.. or how the the US convinced Hasina make terrible order to kill 1000+ innocent people and students and shut down internet for five days straight which led to her collapse?? If that's what the US wanted they could impose sanction after the fraud election and the people would overthrow the Dictator anyway 😅😅

    • @Nevermind-z1l
      @Nevermind-z1l 3 месяца назад

      Please get your facts right. St. Martin island is only 3sq KM in area and has no preexisting infrastructure for a base. It’s on the continental shelf and hence the water is very shallow and totally unsuitable for large vessels also the composition of the island is coral and it’s brittle in nature, there are approximately 4000 inhabitants who will have to be relocated, the topography of the island is flat and so there is no natural barrier to catastrophic hurricane that this region experience regularly. Moreover the US has multiple large bases in the region to patrol the strait of Malacca and South China Sea. Therefore all these are simply lies by Hasina

    • @AJ-nf9fz
      @AJ-nf9fz 3 месяца назад

He is just a LOAN SHARK who saw business opportunity in fleecing on innocent and poor Bangladeshis that too women by giving them loans on collaterals with high interest rates and made a fortune for himself and diversified into other areas through his DEBT TRAP. There is nothing genius in this to be awarded a Noble prize for. The Chinese too had taken a lesson or two from him and coined their DEBT TRAP DIPLOMACY.

To save at least some part of Bengal for the Hindus, Congress had to demand to divide bengal clubbing together hindu majority districts on one side and Muslim majority districts on the other side. Unfortunately all of them analysed aggressive way and they simply explained things as if they’re representative of Hasina’s Party Awami League. And they don’t even have 20% of knowledge about Bangladesh socio economic condition. Compare to that Mr Pankaj Saran analysis is much better, liberal, and seems he knows socio-economic conditions and public pulse much better than others.
    But one thing misinterpreted in the video about torture on Hindus. Sheikh Hasina ruled Bangladesh for 15 consecutive years as a dictator and her party Awami League men literally controlled and tortured opposition and mass people. Obviously people had anger on them. Some Hindu Awami League Leaders also there and after Hasina departure, all Awami League people came under attack including Majority Muslims and some Hindu Leaders. Whereas non political Hindus are safe and well, rather in most temple now guarded by mass Bangladeshi Muslim people in absence of police.

      That 'disproportionate interference' is why B'desh grew rapidly economically under Shiekh Hasina... so many infrastructure projects, business opportunities, water concessions and soft loans etc given to B'desh by India... it is fair for India to expect things in return...esp in terms of our security concerns vis-a-vis terrorists sanctuaries, drug and cattle running, space to chinese etc. and also protection to Hindus in B'desh...
      If the new dispensation goes back to pre-Hasina policy of B'desh towards India, the net loser will be the people of B'desh... its really the call of the new regime in B'desh now...

    Has there been an engineered and structured regime change facilitated by exogenous forces ? If that was indeed the case , what will be the future thrust from those agencies ? What were their investments expected to lead to as lasting returns ? What will be their overt or covert control over the ensuing regime ? That is a critical question people are avoiding to ask since it is not evident who the possible puppeteers are . One remembers what happened post Arab Spring. So it is crucial to grasp the sort of compact that other political forces will have to enter into with the Islamist groupings whch are now international in their reach and ideological convictions. All other discussions are peripheral. This area will become a key geopolitical theater . That is our worry.

    India's problem is they always predeterminently think that I Awami League is their friend. So consecutively three times a l came into power with the only support from India. India has to come out of this mindset. India has to develop a people to people relationship, Institute of a partishan relationship. It should be a Win-Win situation always. Then only it will be sustainable.
    Again Bangladeshi Hindus also think that they are safe in the hand of Awami League. But this is not true. That's why they always support and do Awami League politics. So when thete is a regime change Hindus become easy target not for their religion but for their political viewpoint and allegiance.

Bangladesh in my believe will submit formal request to India to repatriate Hasina to be charged for crimes against humanity. Bangladesh will not ask India for a bail out but instead it will ask to handover Sheikh Hasina.
