brother, suppoose my materil is double perovskite. but peak matches closely with different crystal structure (not double perovskite & same composition). will it be okay to consider that result?
Perovskite are very difficult because any matching software can confuse it with cubic structures. You therefore need some further information. For example you can look at the literature for the parameters and compare it with yours. Also calculate phase fractions of different phases present in the material and perform Reitveld fitting.
