michael fassbender just has that raw talent, tom hardy is another actor that has it. and when viola is talking you see everybody really paying attention gotta luv that.
I just want Viola Davis to come and read stories to me. Her voice is so mesmerizing, and she is so eloquent and brilliant. Truly, one of the best actresses out there :)
Viola is a truly incredible woman with a lot of smart things to say on Hollywood racism. I really hope she starts taking more control behind the camera as well as in front, because that is so needed.
Viola Davis' character had one scene in Doubt--the character for whom she wrote the 50-page biography. THAT is dedication and love and hard work. this fact makes me appreciate Viola so much more.
Viola's voice is so melodic and calming and the words she has to say are intelligent and giving. I love that everyone just goes pin-drop quiet when she speaks, she is a truly captivating actress.
I just love how Ms. Viola silence them all when she speaks...she is so articulate that she can make them pay attention f when she speaks, she is truly a brilliant actor. Charlize is so beautiful and sexy even without so much make up...
4:00 what Ms V says about being comfortable with being uncomfortable is so true. When I was taping my vlog The Late Flight Show there were moments where I could feel myself getting uncomfortable with where the scene was going but I'd keep going with it and if you look at my face at times, I'm literally being surprised by what my character is saying as I'm doing it, especially in The Kate Hudson One and a Nightmare on MacKuertan Avenue. It also goes back to what Charlize was saying about "doing things". You just can't predict what's going to happen.
Why cut the video to so many clip?!I think it would've been viewed more FULL and it would've been easier for viewers..Charlize seems to like listening to her voice, cuz she didn't stop talking in all the videos..so was George!Damn, would've been good to hear more from Viola and Tilda
Warning: I’m gonna make admittedly typical male observation here, so sorry (not sorry) ima dude whaddaya gonna do? So here it goes As a 40+ year old man I’ve come to learn something through my life’s experience. There is this seemingly intangible thing that makes the difference between having physical beauty and having the aforementioned “intangible thing” and watching this video is the closest I’ve ever come to finding a perfect experienced example of it. Charlize Theron is an absolute knock out extremely gorgeous woman BUT Viola Davis is perhaps the sexiest woman I’ve ever seen and it doesn’t have as much to do with her physical appearance as one would think. Its kind of funny how no one ever really acknowledges this phenomenon but in real life it happens everywhere and all the time. Do you know how I know, because most people aren’t getting together with supermodel looking actors. All you fellow old folks out there, think about the times in your life where you just found something about a particular person completely irresistible and they just got you on that line from the moment you saw them, You know that person I’m taking about, Riiiiight? and your friends were like, “Really?” And you were like, “Really!” Well guess what, there’s about a 100% chance that they didn’t look anything close to Mz Theron. While she is a beautiful woman, and this might sound like a back handed compliment, but Viola Davis is the personification of the “there’s more to beauty than just looks.” I know how that sounds but in reality it’s actually a compliment.
lol michael fassbender is so so red, it's like his whole body is blushing! charlize theron was ruthlessly flirting with him, it actually became embarassing for me too haha
I have been watching Fassy's interview for the past hour, and if you can count how many times he says 'you know' in just 2 interviews, you would be amazed
wow I'm surprised! Viola look so classy since she got first nomination in doubt, her career as an actress, her acting skill and her performance in media totally going up in higher lever , way more different with the no 1 most famous black actress Halle Berry who look more sluttier after her fame lol Keep down to earth and be yourself Viola :)
I don't think it's embarrassing at all! For the character of Mrs. Miller, she has to hit like an atom bomb, and if you need to write to get into the correct headspace, then you write!
While Octavio Spencer is a fine actress, the wrong actor won the oscar for the Help. Viola's character was not a "black stereotype" and was much more powerful and nuanced than was Mrs. Spencer's character.
very profound what you said Davis. Theron : 00000000000 sincerity, just interesting about her self. Pauvre conne! Clooney : so friendly this guy....he makes people confortable.
I wish I could get life advice from Viola Davis. It's so comforting to hear her speak.
I love Viola Davis' voice. It's very rich.
WellDamn24 I love her period. She’s fantastic!
Viola is a wonderful actress. One of my favorites.
Viola is gorgeous.
michael fassbender just has that raw talent, tom hardy is another actor that has it. and when viola is talking you see everybody really paying attention gotta luv that.
Just watched Tom Hardy playing a post-WWII Russian in a film called 'Child 44' - great. Also, Viola's voice reminds me of a female James Earl Jones.
i love viola davis. She's a real artist
I just want Viola Davis to come and read stories to me. Her voice is so mesmerizing, and she is so eloquent and brilliant. Truly, one of the best actresses out there :)

Could have used Davis as the actual thumbnail.
viola davis is an acting genius
Viola's voice is so melodic and calming and the words she has to say are intelligent and giving. I love that everyone just goes pin-drop quiet when she speaks, she is a truly captivating actress.
I wish Viola had been my mom growing up. I honestly feel like she's an incredible woman.
I feel she getting star power now
deaconx would love to know her.
What`s wrong with your own mother?
Why
@@wonka320 A lot. Barely knew her and what I knew was not good.
there are no words to describe Viola Davis's talent as a actress
Watching this is like reliving my childhood. Watching older people talk and just watch and enjoy their intellect.
I just love how Ms. Viola silence them all when she speaks...she is so articulate that she can make them pay attention f when she speaks, she is truly a brilliant actor. Charlize is so beautiful and sexy even without so much make up...
Viola Davis is brilliant. Mississippi is indeed a character! If you are there you better take that into account.
The clarity to her explanations makes her really engaging.
“the discomfort is the comfort” applicable not only to acting job.
we can all agree that Viola Davis is amazing
OMG , I love Viola Davis , what an actor and a beauty !!
I love Viola's voice
I think i'm in love with viola davis.
Viola Davis totally silenced the roundtable. Queen.
Man, Viola Davis is going to be awesome as The Wall.
She’s a beautiful woman & a great actress. She has an Angela Bassett look here

Viola Davis
Viola did a law and order episode way back. She played a bad cop. The scene where she is busted is riveting. Recommended.
i would honestly sit thru a 2 hour lect of viola davis jst talking. she's so eloquent i adore her

Alabama is just like Mississippi ... the South is F-ed up.
But why is Viola's skin so nice though? Like her skin is absolutely gorgeous.
Warning:
I’m gonna make admittedly typical male observation here, so sorry (not sorry) ima dude whaddaya gonna do?
So here it goes
As a 40+ year old man I’ve come to learn something through my life’s experience.
There is this seemingly intangible thing that makes the difference between having physical beauty and having the aforementioned “intangible thing”
and watching this video is the closest I’ve ever come to finding a perfect experienced example of it.

Viola is absolutely stunning, and she seems like she'd be that cool aunt that you grow up wanting to be like - elegant, strong, loving, smart.
I love how everyone listens intently and is completely respectful while Viola speaks her mind.
it look like charlize's occupation is "young adult"
4 years later, I get what you mean.
Viola is just raw, pure raw talent.
I love her, Just totally and completely love her.
I just learned so much about acting from Viola Davis
How can you go from Ms V talking about her process and then jump to Magneto 😂😂😂
VIOLA DAVIS YOU PRETTY BROWN CHOCOLATE CUP CAKE. I WANT YOU!!!
Viola is the best ever ;) Love her--also love Tilda and pretty much everyone at this table, but Viola is class act!
Tilda is incredible. Whether playing the Archangel Gabriel in "Constantine" or the mom in "We need to talk about Kevin" she's pure talent.
I have family in Mississippi in a small town of farmers. They are the most polite people with their simple lives. I feel like Viola spoke out of turn.
“Be brave enough to be uncomfortable.”
Love that.
I just adore Viola Davis. I love her work. She's such an amazing woman & actress.
Voila speaks so well too.
Viola...is GORGEOUS!!!!
Viola!!! 😍
*Viola speaks at length about Mississippi
"Mississippi!? That's like that time I was born in Kentucky" - George Clooney
Michael & Charlize sitting so close to each other. They could have been a brilliant power couple
Viola Davis is gorgeous! Love her work.
I have been watching Fassy's interview for the past hour, and if you can count how many times he says 'you know' in just 2 interviews, you would be amazed
Why is Charlize in the screenshot?
I wish they hadn't split it up
That awkward moment when only 3 of those 6 were actually nominated for Oscars that year (and only one won)
wow I'm surprised! Viola look so classy since she got first nomination in doubt, her career as an actress, her acting skill and her performance in media totally going up in higher lever , way more different with the no 1 most famous black actress Halle Berry who look more sluttier after her fame lol
Keep down to earth and be yourself Viola :)
what did charliize say i just got lost in her beautiful eyees
Why is the thumbnail of Charlize Theron?
I don't think it's embarrassing at all! For the character of Mrs. Miller, she has to hit like an atom bomb, and if you need to write to get into the correct headspace, then you write!
Full interview please!!!
I wanna see the whole thing
Interesting how many times some of these actors say "you know".
Viola! ❤️❤️❤️
@Raynul
yeh i noticed that too. wtf is it with all the triangles? and the all seeing eye?
fucking everywhere....
Is the full show anywhere? I hate the clips... I want the full context!
VIOLA DAVIS
While Octavio Spencer is a fine actress, the wrong actor won the oscar for the Help. Viola's character was not a "black stereotype" and was much more powerful and nuanced than was Mrs. Spencer's character.
They were in different categories
very profound what you said Davis.
Theron : 00000000000 sincerity, just interesting about her self. Pauvre conne!
Clooney : so friendly this guy....he makes people confortable.
Kudos to Viola!!!
Well, she used to be besties with Harvey so I’d be scared af too!
am i the only one that noticed the round table is triangle??
I hope davis will play oprah for her next role or someday
the most professional person in that room was the mic technician and sound mixer.
I wonder why the 3 women are mainly in black and the 3 men are mainly in gray and black. It's either coincidence or they were advised on what to wear.
Yes Viola!
Does anyone have the link of the complete interview?
In my opinion, we are looking at the best actor (actress) in the world. Sorry, Meryl.
Charlize is talking about what elite athletes call " Being in the zone ". Things just happen, time almost's stands still, etc.
Can you imagine if Angela Bassett was at this table with Viola Davis 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤗
If you were sitting at that table... what would you ask and who would you ask first?
fassyboy ....if he could juz fuk the hell outta me ....he damn fiiiiiiine
lol...
Isn't Charlize Theron an African-American?
What? No. She was born in South Africa. That does not make her an African-American! African American is a racial class.
Now that's racist.
She is just African.
Martti Hänninen She has the American citioship.
Lol no! She's South African.
Intimate confidence...
What is left…?
Serenity…
©...Aronne
I feel what she saying about Mississippi
"you know"...
not a round table.
Audio is too low man.
Viola went there, but ppl don't want to go there
Viola is beautiful.
Viola is a queen, that's it that's the tea
Thank you, I thought I was the only one who notice that!
Charlize is not married if that is who you are talking about. She is raising her new son on her own. :)
I absolutely will never visit Mississippi..I Trust Viola.
Love love love Viola Davis.
@fourgee0
