It is so heartwarming how much humans love other living things. The moment we see an animal in our vicinity, especially if it's an unusual one, we have to interact with it. And most people are so kind and gentle. We just have an instinct to love the creatures around us.

When a duck egg hatches it decides that the first thing it sees is it’s mother, so wrinkle thinks that human name is her mom

I've never seen your channel and the algorithms recommended you. At first I wasn't so sure ...I was thinking that this might be more sort of torture not getting grip and it being very cold to the duck, but as so often with videos like this you just have to watch it because critters that like to do things like this are very unique and special. I know that ducks can be very curious and adventurous and Wrinkle fits that beyond any other duck I've ever seen and she genuinely seemed to be enjoying herself and even figuring out how to slide on the ice and skate because she was lifting up her leading foot less and more as a video progressed. Kudos to you for keeping her so enriched and stimulated mentally. Ducks really are smart and lovable beyond what most people would think.
I love this channel so much, these guys get to live the dream. Going around with your pet and spreading happiness everywhere. My dad had lots of sheep and one of the lambs who was kinda sickly bonded really tight with me while I took care of her. Once she got better I took our dog's spare collar and leash and took her on walks. She followed me rather well, the leash was only so she wouldn't run off if something scared her. I was only around 5yo so my abilities to travel around with her were kinda limited, but I hope I'll get to experience something similar with the chickens, geese, or pigs my parents have right now

Every winter, my family goes and visits my grandma's farm. We always bring my pet duck with us and I let her walk along the frozen pond. She gets too nervous to go far and sticks to the edges, but it's just like this. Slipping and sliding around, just having fun. She'll do the same thing when her pool at home freezes over too
You know I didn't think I'd stay up after school but here I am watching a Duck ice skating, what a perfect time to stay up

@@RandomDude231 we had a big property. Rescued a drake and his girl, bought 6 more ducks, then they bred like rabbits. As a child I spent a lot of time with them and knew them individually. Some would come asking for cuddles.
