This was extremely helpful sir. I have never felt at home with core areas of CA course. I also could not say it to people because they gave me strange looks. I think internal audit will be a good option for me as I love problem solving, workings of business etc. I don't think its worth to suffer in a stream which I don't enjoy just because it has a slightly more scope than Internal audit. Edit: I actually did end up in internal audit at Big 4! It just happened. 😅 I don't know whether I love it but I can't complain. Things are good. 👍

Sir which field in ca has 9 to 4 job because i had to take care of my parents because they're getting old. I am the only hope and only person to them. I love my parents a lot. I need weekends holidays , festival holidays, planned holidays and emergency holidays because i had to be with my parents. I want to enjoy the life also. I can work very hard. sir to how much extent it is true that if we join big 4 , then we are limited to only one field , like stat audit, and not in taxation or internal audit, as acc. to indian mindset CA student should know all these things.?
Yes preet, It is true that if you join a big 4 you'll only get exposure in only one area but the exposure you will get is very great, you may audit biggest listed companies based on the Big 4 and if you feel that this field is not for me you can always take transfer within one year.

@@abhishekbharti3524 statutory audit will be better because in statutory audit there will be number crunching process while in internal audit number crunching is less because it is all about inspection the process of business activities and in finance you have to be a good in number crunching

Genuine advice.... I know a person you can search CA Neha Datta... she had 2 attempts in CA foundation, 5 attempts in CA inter group 1 , 4 attempts in CA inter group 2 and 4 to 5 attempts in CA Final and she is in Big 4 now.... Attempts really doesn't matter if you are good at what you do... I gave my CA INTER exams and i can tell syllabus is not that hard you just need to manage your time... Hope it helps
