I hope it does not take too long to get to and through SCOTUS. The US v Ark case might have settled birth citizenship for children born to permanent resident aliens. We need a case to address illegals and temporary visa holders. I expect SCOTUS will agree with Trump on this - it does make sense. I also expect the Left to act the same way they did when Roe v Wade was overturned.
