the proper test method to find out the charging speed is to switch the cellphone off. hp turned on will be much slower.

Normal users don't charge phone with power off so it's waste of time to test with switched off

the cellphone is turned off, so you know the actual charging speed. this is the wrong test method. let alone the screen is on, much slower. for the test, there is no word wasting time.
