Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1.5 cup
Cheese -1/2 cup
Red pepper -1/4 cup
Green pepper -1/4 cup
Yellow pepper -1/4 cup
Onion -1/4 cup
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Oregano-1/2 tsp
Pizza mix or mixed herbs -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 4 tbsp
Schzwan chutney -1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup -1 tbsp

Folding the paratha into half works very nicely instead of stuffing the paratha and again rolling it as shown by Hebbars. I tried both of them and this one tastes better and doesn't even tear.
