@Raiyuden 9:02 you should switch just before Gohan gets his gauge so he lowers sub count to jump back in to continue the combo or so you can have another vanish... It's a bit of a wonky play depending on both offense and defense but it's perfect for confusing the opponent
It's also great if you get combo'd after because you can more quickly switch him in to use the one-time disrupt that occurs when Gohan's gauge switches to attack type when he enters the battlefield

Can someone explain 13:24 to me? UltHan didnt vanish right? Super 17 sidestepped and then went for strike and still wasnt realigned with UltHan?

It's a quirk (unsure whether it's a bug or intentional) that occurs when you do a quick attack (and I think the enemy has to vanish the quick attack), then you sidestep and then attack immediately afterwards. The character doesn't rotate quickly enough after sidestepping to be aligned with the enemy and so the attack isn't on target as a result
