Sir you can have a trip to Masai Mara and Amboseli if you want to focus on wildlife only. There are short flights from Nairobi which saves a lot of time. There are even private game reserves in Masai Mara which provide more sighting of animals. They also take you to Night Safari within their reserves but great sightings in night safaris.

Fascinating. Had read some time back about this lake that is expanding since some years. I think an increase in rainfall and some geological factors are responsible for it. Many communities around it have been displaced because of this expansion..

Earlier there was an outlet. But somehow that has gone up and the lake has remained at a lower level.
