I’ve been referred to an ENT by my pulmonologist because I’ve been having some years of hoarseness from my asthma medicines. I’m a little nervous and scared. My first visit is in November. It makes me feel better that they numb you up first before they start looking around inside you. Does anybody have any advice for me to help me calm down before I go? I’d really appreciate it.
Hi, I've also got a appointment in November and have been feeling pretty nervous and don't know what to expect and I don't really like anyone messing around with my eyes throat or nose so going to this appointment I don't think anyone can make me feel calm until I get there! I'm not a good patient in general so I won't be ok until I'm actually in the room and know what is going to happen! I have asthma and have been feeling out of breath so my GP thought it could be due to my sinuses so we'll see what happens. I don't mind being put to sleep if needs be! I've never had anything put up my nose before! Hope your appointment goes well. I keep getting notifications saying there's a new appointment up for grabs....do I except...no I do not 😂 just wanted you to know your not alone in being nervous but we've got this ❤ with some procedures such as a dental appointment I say I'd rather be in labour 😂 I'm dramatic I know 😂😂 hope you have a lovely day wherever you are in the world. @@mw12349 It actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. They actually didn’t use the machine. They just used a little dental mirror to look back there. It wasn’t as scary as I thought. They did say my voice box was a little irritated. But it wasn’t anything to be worried about. I guess I just have to be careful how often I’m using my voice since I’m a singer.
@@kkstar1297 thats so good to know I'm so worried i have a lump in my nose :'( freaking out I get panic attacks so bad scared I'm going to run away and also scared its cancer 😢I'm shaking right now I'm in Australia and its 3.19pm here Sunday i have to be there at 8.30am in the morning so so scared hun need prayers and good thoughts/energy. Thankyou so much for replying to me xxx
I damaged my hearing. I have an appointment scheduled with a Otolaryngologist. I can hear every other RUclips video except this one and another video with a similar topic. It seems like people who work with people with hearing problems would speak up. 🙄
Hello. Do i need to see ent about sexual infection. Do they help with that? I dont know how to make that call. I'm very anxious and stressed out. I've already got tested for std and it came up negative. So my only option is ent maybe they can tel what i have? Please help. Its like I'm terrified of talking about it. So i can't just go contact doctors easily

I'm scared as well I have one tomorrow as I have a lump in my nose I'm petrified 😢 I'm not sure I can do it
