Is normal aqueduct of sylvius visible in ct scan without enlarged ventricles

Sir can non contrasted CT scan shows the tumour on our brain. Please tell me sir. I done the CT and Its shows nothing. But I have headache from last 2 months. I can't able to do my work and its affecting my life.

Usually it can exclude brain tumors , however , I you want to be very sure, you can make a brain MRI for further confirmation

l got brain ct for headache. On my report no fracture on calvarium is mentioned. Calvarium is normal finding on brain ct or did they also perform extra scan at the same time with brain ct for calvarium. can you help me? Thanks
