I bought one of your Morus Sp. like a year and a half ago. Unfortunately it got killed by a late freeze at 20 degrees. Been looking for one ever since. Keep up the great work

Leaves are edible. Ppl use em like wraps similar to stuffed cabbage rolls or how Greeks stuff grape leaves

I prefer the red Morus Rubra which is native to Florida as well as many other eastern states. I'm considering growing some other varieties for continued fruting and different flavors. I use to have a big Tice but I had to chop it down because we had to have a new septic system put in. I just recently bought some acreage so now I wont have a problem with space. I do have one question. Does growing the different varieties cross pollinate and cause any unwanted hybridization of the red mulberry or any of your other mulberrys?

Yes the leaves are edible, and very savory they do have a little of a green flavor but not unpleasantly.

I had the Red Jabo. get snipped at the last 5 seconds from me on Adam’s ebay. They won by about two bucks over my max bid. I need to know how to do that but don’t want anyone to feel what I felt. lol I definitely can’t play with the big dogs, gardening and collecting wise I am not even a dog, I am like a marsupial baby.

We all like the Mulberry mask, but I just got zapped by some Twig Ants yesterday and all I could think of was one of those nasty things getting you on the face.

You must not have deer. The deer around my place won't let me grow mullberry, they eat the entire tree.
