This game should be in the capcom fighting collection instead of puzzle fighter 2 turbo tbh! Puzzle fighter isn't even a fighting game, it's a cute tetris spinoff, it should have its own release on the capcom arcade stadium if anything!
A remake using SF6 ReEngine would be amazing. Id love for this to be released in Capcom Arcade 2nd stadium. I never got to play this version and i loved the first game.
I wish they would have kept it like Muscle Bomber Duo (which improved on the first one gameplay wise). It allowed for blocking (by holding attack and away) and the pin button alternated as a grapple button.
And let it be remember that the Japanese Muscle Bomber games are treated as prequels to Street Fighter/Final Fight while overseas Slam Masters became sequels. To put it into perspective, Haggar was described as running for elections as Mayor of Metro City in the Japanese versions while overseas, he's described as an ex-Mayor.
