  • Keynote speaker Pavel Goia knew at a young age that God has called him to ministry. Being born and raised in communist Romania didn't make following that calling an easy task. After short drifting during his teenage years, his life took a proverbial turn and he promised to serve God and fulfill his original calling. His promise was tested almost immediately. The events that ensued are chronicled by the book "One Miracle After Another: The Pavel Goia Story", by Gregg Budd. Pavel pursued careers in engineering, private business, and law, before finally settling into his calling as a minister.
Today he is an Editor for Ministry Magazine at the GC, and Assoc. Director for Ministerial, as well as a doctoral candidate at AU. His life continues to be one miracle after another. Be filled with wonder at God's love in action as Pavel shares miraculous stories of answered prayers. Learn to commune with God and know His real and constant presence in your life, Discover how to understand God's will, how to experience revival, and how to be more efficient in serving Him. Experience for yourself the transforming power of a walk with God.

Wonderful words!! And here in my church I asked my pastor to visit us because we are having so much marriage problems, to pray with us, he didn’t come, not even anyone from our church, he doesn’t even ask when see us! Unbelievable that so much pastors need to wake up and pray for their sheep! They all need to listen pastor Goia!!

Pastoring is a gift and not a position and pastors are human just like us.
In the meantime, the things are worth considering...
      1) Strengthen your own spiritual life. Steps to Christ was a book thst really helped me. Also, if no one else comes, understand that God can use just you to turn things around.
      2) Look for patterns to see where the holes are. Ask God to reveal to you the ways on which the enemy is using to get in. I'm not talking about the symptoms but the underlying causes. God allows two people to come together to bring healing and restoration in those damaged areas of our lives. The enemy tries to use these to tear us down and thereby destroying the image of God in us. When these patterns rear their head ask God to give you the wisdom and discernment not to go down the same old path. Look at generational patterns in particular. What do you know about your own story coming down through the generations?
      3) There are basic principles about the way we tend to be in marriages. This doesn't apply to everyone but worth consideration.
Have a look at this video:
Mark Gungor- Laugh your way to a better marriage

      4) Reflect on your own communication and conflict resolution patterns. You cannot change other people but you can change how you respond.
