I've always wanted to put an end to my miserable life since I was 14. Today am 28 and sometimes I wonder how I made it this far? maybe I just haven't had that courage to do it or maybe I feel there's hope but only time will tell. All I do now is to exclude myself of any negative energy.

This is a good video, especially the end.
Being a Nigerian living in Nigeria is tough. The society is so lawless; you don't know what to expect everyday. Life is sweet when there is an achievable purpose. Once that is absent, people's mind begin to degenerate.

Also, I think we are eating more like westerners, and by this I mean sugar loaded processed foods. Stuffing on sweet foods has the same effect as addictive drugs that drive up dopamine levels in the blood and which then makes a person happy, but then brings them back to earth and makes them depressed. In my opinion, what we eat goes a long way to help us maintain our psychological as well as physical well-being.
