Michael always says what it is , profit is required to extend and he knows what he is doing , Elon musk of airlines , he tells them how it is, and doesn’t stop until he gets what he wants

He always talks about the pilots but his Flight attentent work to hard. Most flight attentents (also from other Airliners) work 8 to 12 hours a day without Tea or lunch break. The reason that airliners like Ryanair, wizz air, Easy jet is doing so well is the lack of compatition in other Transport branches. Most international train services are slower and more expensive than flights .

Some interesting points, but MOL says the same thing 3 or 4 times at several points: on low cost airlines doing short hauls for flag carriers(he spends over half his time on this point alone), on oil prices, flight price lowering, high wages for airline staff(?!),
If United are his reference point for long hauls, HEAVEN help us, they are a horror to fly with. And he thinks Thatchers union breaking was something good compared to more humane approach to unions in Germany. France's productivity is one of the highest in the world, based on hours worked. Approaching unions as enemies helps no one long term.
Aer Lingus did try to kill of Ryanair twice in the old days, i can see why they are true believers in the business model but what is it like to work for Ryanair? Are people paid enough to have a decent life? Do they have humane working hours?
MOL looks a lot to USA but i dont think US folks are the model to follow for working conditions and wages.

Ryanair Corporate/Contract Employee Pilots are some of the best paid cockpit crews in the World. Why would they want to become part of a legacy Pilot>>> Syndicate-Union....where their salaries and benefits would be lower?
European Unions and productivity is some of the worst in the World. It's why Airbus,Siemens,Philips,BMW,Mercedes, etc. have transitioned the most profitable products to the USA in "right to work" non-Union States.
And they still make more money and benefits than their Union counterparts in the EU and North America.

Hows them union pilot's strikes doing Micheal 😂.
He is a great business man in many ways however has bluff was finally called my ryanair pilot's access europe in 2018 and he had to cave to some of there demands.
It will happen again too if hes no careful on how he treats staff.

@@zeppirl who cares about his attitude. I'm not a sensitive 8 year old girl so I'm not offended by what he said. Because of Ryanair I was able to see so much of europe. I couldn't have done it with any other airline.

@@Unborn-Stillborn a lot of people care about his attitude 😂. If he had a better attitude he'd get more customers and be more successful. Its easily noted when they (Ryanair) implemented slighty better customer care program there profits increased.
To take a leaf out of his snd your attitude book. No one givess a fuck you've seen a lot of Europe. Now I've said that to fish you on your reply to demonstrate the problem with a bad attitude. 🎣

Ryan air can talk all they want about emissions but they stimulated a desire for cheap air travel that never existed before. Instead of Blackpool , people now plan stag nights in Prague etc, thereby creating no2 emissions that would not have existed if peopl,e can fly around Europe for a few euros

All good until Michael stated to speak about the Brexit ... he needs to understand that the entire eu is finished ... it's not going to survive and that the only Obvious possible scenario for the eu is to end. There is no reform possible.
