We have experienced sometimes a little bit of "latency" in operating the dial to get the set temp to adjust where we want it. Helps if we turn it slowly, not too fast.
Hi Kenny-- From Mike L's comment it appears there is no diesel fuel gauge ... Can you give us a rough estimate guide of approx. how many hours of heater operation before the diesel should be topped up? Also ... if the heater runs the diesel empty ,is there any special procedure to re-starting the heater after refueling ?

Always good to have a reminder. So is there a standard startup after running out of diesel? Sure wish there was a gauge on that tank.
