Yeah that’s definitely the toughest part in pure thumbstyle in my opinion too. The thing to keep in mind is that swipes can be a little early and not be penalized from a Perfect+ standpoint so you can try that to give you more time to get back to the double swipes.

I like how you always explain why doing something a certain way is important due to the way the game is programmed to operate. Is very straightforward, and to the point. Anyway, I have been noticing that often, ( definitely multiple times during a session..like sometimes 2-3 times in a single song, but sometimes not at all in a song) I am missing notes when I know I shouldn't have. I finally decided to play a song and record the touch dots to see if I was actually missing notes. It appears that I am not. It happens most often in the center box. Does anyone know why this is happening? and If its possible to fix it, and if so, what step do I take? Sry to hijack your comment feed Vertigo, wasn't sure where else to ask. Thanks! Also no problem, so are you saying the note isn’t registering (dropped input)? Or that it’s a perfect when you believe it should be a P+? If the latter the best way to diagnose it is by going frame by frame through your recording and watch where the note snaps back to if it was early or late. Looking at the tap dots (assuming you have an android device) won’t help you judge timing to that level.
I love this song, love how it is a challenge for me. Now I can achieve 98387, so I am proud, but wanna be higher! My real problem some times with this game is a my hand placement/ my grip, its not stabile, and its so annoying. I tried your grip in this video, but its hard for me I guess..thats my real frustration, because of this I cant go higher with so much song.
At least here's someone playing with their thumbs so I know it's possible. This would be a fairly easy and fun song for me if it weren't for the left+middle followed by a right-downswipe segments. Feels like I've gotta butter up my right thumb or something to make sure it doesn't get caught and I can do it in time.
I’d say say 5 star clear difficulty for sure! With the swipes always being perfect+ and the rhythms being pretty on beat I’d say it’s easier to score. I think it’ll land at about a 4 overall after seeing how fast others are scoring DPs!
damnnnn, just played this on the bro's phone, his audio sync was a bit out, so had to set it up, but got up to the insane swipey part, "overdrive" was alot easier, but "we live forever" is hard, and this seems like a mix between, so no wonder why it's insane to try and play 😅
@@dakaktuz6358 still confused, there’s an entire library of electronic music in the game that doesn’t have lyrics or has very little lyrics and in the extreme category. Overdrive, Firestarter, We Live Forver, etc etc

I highly recommend a pop socket or some kind of stabilizer on the back of the phone if you’re going to play in thumbstyle! Keep practicing!
