    Enabled service presence status access i am unable to get it for system administrator please help me thankyou

      Setup -> Manage Users -> Profiles -> System Administrator -> Service Presence Statuses Access and add the Presence Status that you have created.

      Plz check it.
      1. Check routing settings.
      2. Verify agent statuses.
      3. Ensure queue capacity.
      4. Confirm user permissions.
      5. Clear browser cache or restart app.
      6. Enable Omni-Channel logging.
