Great video! If i can give some feedback, i'd look into changing the audio mixing so that there's less difference between the sections of you talking and the ones with music. Everytime the latter starts i get jumpscared with it being superloud compared to your voice and i have to adjust the volume every time. Noticed it's not only in this video too. Either way, glad i found your channel, great content :)

Good transparency about the cost of living in NYC. Do you ever see a time where the cost of living in NYC will outdo the business and social benefits of living there? I lived in London and loved it but got to a point where the lifestyle wasn’t worth the financial burden
Honestly that’s a great question. I would say no, I think over the years New York has increasingly become more expensive. And of course the cost of living here will force a lot of people to look somewhere else. But New York will always remain a central hub for opportunity and connections. Which will give people like myself the opportunity to make a living in this city. But it all depends bro. I’ll justify the hustle because I want to make it here by any means

I love your videos, they are really a breath of fresh air in the vlog space. That said, in this video your voice volume was really low compared to the music, so we had to keep putting the volume up and down to keep up. Just a detail, but one that breaks part of the experience.
