Eastern European countries are severely overlooked because of not being commercialized. But domestic Eastern European countries provide a great quality of life and reasonable cost of living.

Provided my company allows me to work in Spain, can I be eligible for this regime as a "regular" IT remote worker when my company does not have a subsidiary in Spain but, say, has everything taken care of by the EOR? Is there a convincing reason required for as to why the relocation to Spain would be necessary or is this not relevant? Thanks!

Hey. I have few more questions.
    1. I'n the EU citizen - any other considerations in the context of Beckham Law?
    2. Can I change job after lets say 2 years, work for other spanish company and still benefit from the scheme?
    3. Do I benefit from tax free threshold (it is ca. €6k right now, right)?
    Thanks

Important: 99% of Digital Nomad Visa will NOT be eligible for the Beckham Law! You will be registered as a tax resident and paying social security and Spanish progressive taxes, period! Unless you own your company , your company pays SS directly to Spain and or invests $500,000 without further deductions, then Beckham Law is an option depending on your approval. Otherwise, the Beckham Law has not been changed or updated to include DNV!!!

Let's say you move to Spain.
You open a Spanish Holding, your holding become 100% owner of all the properties you own in Spain.
Now you can apply for the Becklam Law.
Then you own a UK Ltd with a UK Director, you can withdrawal dividends to Spain with 0%.
What is your thoughts about this?

I have about 5 years between when kids leave for college and hopefully there are some grandkids before I’m too old to enjoy them. Spain sounds like a good option for that time period.

They have net wealth tax everywhere, I read it is 0.24 % in the regions with the lowest net wealth tax, but if you have above 3 mio. Euro of property a further nation wide stage is ignited, and you pay percentages of tax on your worldwide property. Stay away, EU sh th l s are not worth considering it.
