Hey buddy. What battery are you using in your SSR4? We have had several issues with the SSR4's at our site. People have had the 11.1v batteries in but the symptoms presented as bb's trickling out of the barrell, gears under/ overcycling; resulting in either over powered (thus would not hop) or in several cases under powered by 150 fps. We swapped out the 11.1V for the 7.4V and almost all issues were resolved. Let me know what you did to fix issues as would be good to know.
As it happens I use an 11.1v with all of those issues as you mention. I wonder why it was recommended by Nov if there is issues with running it. I will see if a 7.4v changes anything and let you know. Did the characteristics change much as expected with the 7.4v?
@@adventureairsoft we actually found that it performed way better and more consistently with 7.4v. Have you tried the switch over yet? Be curious to see whether or not it resolves your issues too. :)
Hi thanks for the watch and comments. I prefer the poly mags all day as they are much lighter. There is. I need to add additional weight if it’s not needed. I wish I had an unbroken gun out of the box and although the issues could happen with any gun it has been a pain. I have since changed the hop to a maple 60 so will see if that helps. It is good and for the price I think it’s a good enough. Yes go for it.
Yes mate I didn’t realise enemy were aloud out that way at any point. I lasted well up to that point which finished the game as re spawn was over. Love the new layout encouraging more movement.
@@adventureairsoft it may have been me that got you then 😂, me and another lad came out of cqb and could of just gone to your spawn point and won the game but nah that’s boring lol……totally agree the layout on that field was awesome, went through every mag I had on me the first game that day
Hi thanks for the watch and question. I have seen some right out of the box that are really really good and some mine being one of them needing a bit of tweaking. For the build quality, motor and mosfet etc it’s worth the money and great for a beginner. I use cheap Nuprol mid caps as they have always been the most reliable mags. Hope this helps

Hi! Recommend please scope for ssr4
I want to buy ssr4 and choosing between this scope you have 1-4x and just red dot 0x(it is in pre-build bundles )?
Hi thanks for the watch and comment. It depends what your using it for but I prefer it with a red dot
@@adventureairsoft Thank you for the answer, I will be using it definitely outside, as long range as it could.
would you recommend this gun for a beginner and also what mags do you use?
