    Hi Kevin. Thanks for your comment :-) My car runs very fine with the new switch. I run it at 1 bar and it adds 100 Nm which is quite powerfull :-) I hope you also have progress on yours ;-)

    soren,great viddeo i actually now understand you...thanks for that.My question is why not just use a 1 bar spring in the waste gate??

      Hi Kevin. Thanks for your comment. Yes I thought I have to speak a little more international since you commented me first time :-). Still working on the motor ass. video.....takes a lot of time. The reasson is simply longlivety, gadget effect and sufficient power in standard mode. The last 100 NM i get is only if I meet something vey fast.

      Hi David. Thanks for your coment:-)
      It works really good and you are sure not to "over boost". The best sound is at 0.75 bar and I get 100 NM extra at 1 bar so there is a little difrence to play around with.
      All components are IMI Norgren pneumatic components. The valve is a V04 or V05 with the biggest orrifice I could get. I believe it was 1.5mm or 1mm. You can use another valve but it must be a valve witout need for pilot air. The regulator is a R07 I believe in the area from 0-2.5 bar. I am regulating out 0.5 bar so a 1.5 bar regulator would also work. If you want a boost pressure higher than 1.0 bar you should be covered.
      The pressureswitch is a 0860810. It is quite cool and can set an output. I am thinking about controlling the bypassvalve to the intercooler and set it open until we have pressure. Right now it is controlled by the vacuum system which promptly closes hitting the speeder. That unit could do that. It will give a little better reaction at low rpm. I guess not significant but could be fun to design so why not ;-)

      I just came acros a scetch I made over the system.
      Note, there is a blend after the valve. I made that with a 1mm drill in the hose. It is to relieve the extra boost pressure when you turn the system off.
      Regulator: R07-100-RNAG, NORGREN, Valve: V04B286N-Q114A, Norgren/BUSCHJOST.
