- Removing stress, negative energies, and anxiety so you can have a great night's sleep. This video is mainly focused on hand movements (plucking and pulling, spiral/vortex, jellyfish, pinching,...) but you will also hear a lot of hand sounds, finger-snapping, finger fluttering, mouth sounds, scissors sounds, tongue clicking, all in a 1-hour ASMR session for you to relax. Oh, and this video is almost a no-talking, but with mouth sounds, (minimal talking) hehe. Relax and enjoy!
