It like the smaller laser version of those old west crank operated gatling gun
I found it off a legendary enemy before
"Thanks, Sturges! I'm sure this'll be far more effective than my fully fucking upgraded Plasma and Gause Rifles!"
Most lame faction reward.
The near-best faction for the Commonwealth.
Personally, they’re better than the NCR.
The Institute are selfish stalkers.
The BoS are scare and will shoot toasters.
And the Raiload is the Civil Rights movement for synths.
Plus every time you charge the rifle you can hum the jack in the box song like Futurama did.
@@miguelle9724they are a non faction. There are about 4 or 5 minute men related characters total? It's not even worth discussing their merits when all they are is a vehicle for the PC to get stuff done
@@miguelle9724 I didn't say The Minutemen are a bad faction, just that the end game reward is the worst. In many people's opinions, the Railroad is the worst faction, but I think they have some of the best end game rewards. You get Maxon's battle coat, the lancer captain hat and outfit, and a rapid Gatling laser. And the dialogue is gold. I love the Minutemen though. Destroying Quincy with artillery is the best thing ever.
@@ktk44man You have minuteman random encounters, they get a vertibird, the whole thing with them is rebuilding the faction to make it your own thing, artillery is one of the easiest ways of clearing out high level enemies, the quests from them are repeatable making an easy level grinder, you can literally call over a horde of people from settlements nearby to clean up enemies. Also laser musket done well deals the most damage per shot. Not mentioning that the laser musket is a go to against power armor users because you can snipe the FC with ease. They are more than just a faction. They are the sole survivors men that he had to build from nothing up. And you are the one who chooses what they use and how their locations look. Because get this: every settlement you create is for the minutemen faction. Your faction.
Nah, flare gun was worse
Never realized how fucking YOKED sturges looked 💪
Seeing weapons like these makes me wish there were more of these revolutionary-inspired improvised weapons
The never ending effect on a laser musket allows you to continuously crank the laser musket charging it up more and more. You can essentially turn it into a death star laser.
Its like a civil war gatling lazer!
Crank operated laser machine gun... hot damn
A weapon very fitting for the best Minutemen General.
By the end of the main questline, the Automatic Laser Musket is just underpowered compared to a lot of the other weapons out there. Still a novel idea, though.
I feel like it would have been a great reward for doing the quest to make Sanctuary "livable" for them instead of at the end of the game when you already have several much better energy weapon options.
Laser musket only challenge.
Mr Gutsy and other military robots gives vault dweller a finger.
That laser musket is really atop of the fourth wall
You can also get it in a church in the Glowing Sea before beating the game if you have the Tesla Cannon CC addon, or are playing the "next gen" update.
Uranium Fever, Subscribed because your videos are so much fun!
lol i did a vanilla hard play through and i got this very very early on like rank 11 maybe, it’s good but a lot of the other guns are way better def a fun gun to use tho
You finished the main quest at level 11? Doubt
With enough flashlights, one can blind even a dragon.
They really missed the opportunity to give Sturges that ruined motorcycle in the entrance to Sanctuary. Bethesda being stingy with animations and such.
You can also get one from the Minutemen vs Gunners CC content if you don't want to pick the Minutemen
You find tho for sell you don’t have to do anything with them I got 10
On a modded game with improved legendaries I actually found one of these on a super mutant behemoth, the only difference was that it was no maximum capacity so it just kept blasting.
Too bad that all my power armor doesn't have that unique quality 😕
Basically an OP automatic sniper. The brotherhood didn’t even stand a chance😭
So I was playing not too long ago on a new character and the first legendary I got was 1
Lucky.. my first was a Neverending fatman
Just so you know, it s super rare even among other legendaries
I farmed myself a scattered automatic laser musket at level 8
I got one on my current playthrough from a ghoul or something before level 20.
Fun fact, there’s also a random shack in the woods north east of sanctuary that has this exact same gun
I've played Fallout 4 through a few times but I have to admit, I never knew this weapon existed.
General, crank that soulja boy !
I didn’t even know this existed🤯
There's actually no prompt I don't think to talk to Sturges after the Institute is gone but walking up to him he will start this convo. Pretty neat weapon if a little underpowered assuming you get it in the late game!
@@UraniumFever76 I wish there was a guaranteed way to get a never ending laser musket. That’s the true overpowered legendary laser musket
@@youtubersdigest I really want to do a video on that, but I can't figure out if its fully 'cut content' at this point. I know it was once in-game - do you know more about it?
@@UraniumFever76 wait is it not in game anymore? I found it once a few years ago but I don’t remember where I found it sorry🥲
I found a laser musket with that legendary effect on a dead legendary raider once
Interesting fact: the Laser Musket is rarely found on legendary creatures in the wasteland, I got it from a legendary radroach at near the beginning
There's also a second one in the quest war paint from gunners vs minutemen
I've played fallout 4 so much and didn't know this was in the game
If some one add that beam spilled mod to the musket would turn it into a automatic almost unending Lazer shotgun.
I actually found this on a ghoul once. Very rare find, it's already treasured but very lackluster.
we gotta get a mod where we can introduce sturges to the atom cats. they'd totally vibe together.
Can also get this from the minuteman vs gunner creation club content. Plus unique power armor.
The musket is one of those weapons that is pretty close to being OP . It use to be affected by the rifleman and commando perk at the same time
I got this from a legendary drop years ago meaning its possible to get it without being a lined with the minute men but probably incredibly rarely.
