    वायु रोग । upward Wind । पेट फूलना । सिर दर्द । केवल एक आसन के द्वारा कैसे नियंत्रित करें ।
    जैसा कि मैं बतलाना चाहता हूँ पहले video में मैंने उस वायु रोग के बारे में बतलाया था जिसका सम्बंध आतंडियों से था । जिसे अपांन वायु कहा जाता है कार्य मल को नीचे की तरफ़ फेंकना होता है । किंतु यहाँ पर मैं उस वायु रोग के बारे में बात करने जा रहा हूँ जो ऊपर की तरफ़ उठता है अर्थात नाभि के ऊपर के हिस्से में इसका बड़ा बुरा प्रभाव होता है । इसी को बहुत सारे लोग पेट को फूलना कहते हैं ।
    धीरे धीरे यह समस्या छाती की ओर बढ़ती है , छाती में दबाव एर दर्द महसूस होने लगता है , और उसके बाद पीठ में दर्द फिर स्वाँस में दबाव । बरीथलेससनेसस होने प्रारम्भ होता है । और उसके बाद गले अर्थात फ़ूड पाइप में प्रेशर आने लगता है । अंत में चेहरा तथा सिर के अगले हिस्से में अर्थात माथे के हिस्से दर्द महसूस होने लगता है । धीरे धीरे शंकाएँ पैदा होने लगती हैं , सबसे बड़ी बात है कि उसमें निर्णय लेने की शक्ति का क्षय होने लगता है । 24/7 सिर में भारीपन होता है । इससे फ़्रंटल ब्रेन सबसे अधिक प्रभावित होता है । फ़्रंटल ब्रेन के प्रभावित होने से डिसिज़न लेने की capacity डाउन हो जाती है ।
    और फिर इसके बाद सारी मानसिक विक्षिप्तता शुरू होने लगती है । उसको सभी मानसिक समस्याएँ शुरू होने लगती है ।
    मेरे डाययग्नोसिस में इसका प्रमुख कारण क्या होता है ।
    मानसिक कारण : आवश्यकता से अधिक अंतर्मुखी होना , ओवर सेन्सिटिव होना , चिंता का स्वभाव स्वभाव होना । चिंतनशील स्वभाव का होना । कफ़ प्रकृति का होना , लाइफ़ स्टाइल का ग़लत होना ।

    Upon getting up in morning
    11 minute deep breath on bed
    2 glass water
    Calf muscle exercise
    Breakfast should be brain food
    Eat full meal in afternoon
    Early dinner
    1 glass water before going to bed
    Deep abdominal breathing 11 minutes
    Deep sleep ....heals

    Thanks for gd instruction. My heart rate always high and never feel calm. Bp 130/90 after medicine.mind always in stress .i do yoga and breathing anu vilom many tms but pl tell wht pranayam i do. I wl be greatfull. Job teaching in private school.always feel nervious and not confident

    aapnne bahut hi badhiya jankari di hai yogiji. muze hamesha lagta tha ki calf me kuch to takat hai. par net pe koi jankari uplabdh nahi thi. please batayiye sahi tarike se abdominal breathing aur calf exersice kaise kare.

      You have to use triphala powder in night after dinner...,....continuosly for 5-6 days you would get results and continue it for 1 month continuously and takr rest for 5-10 days and again start for a month and repeat this cycle whole life..... it had no side effects

Sahi me mai antar mukhi ho gai thi pichle 2 sal se kuch niji jiwanke rishte ke badlav se..but aapka video dekha pata chala.. 2 hi din me muze kafi farak lag raha he...
