Nothing to do with a lung. A collapsed lung doesn't cause excessive question intonation. Also, there are other videos where his narration is relatively normal. It's put on, a gimmick, a usp if you will.

I've always wondered if ancient practices to shape skulls had any impact on people. Did it cause any damage to the brain, did it impact their neck, headaches and so on. And why did certain cultures start doing it in the first place? Was it purely for esthetics?

A collapsed lung doesn’t affect cadence or inflection. His voice goes up and down already, just in the wrong places.
