Onana back alongside Kamara meant Tielemans could make the play going forward, this together with McGinn on the right, Rogers and Duran is our strongest starting XI and the win was never in doubt for me - thanks for the vid Max!

Plus when Ramsey returns we'll have him, Bailey, Watkins, Buendia, Barkley, Mings, Carlos, Maatsen, Nedeljkovic, Philogene plus any January signings (maybe loans with an option to buy or top players who are running down their contract & their club will get something rather than nothing!!. Kamara is very quickly becoming my favourite player. We missed him a lot last season, his presence is reflected all over the pitch. Onana did bits too.
Midfield looked really good and liked the look of Onana and Kamara together with Youri further ahead. Rogers had a great game too. You can see why Unai talks a lot about consistency, if we can play to these sort of levels we will be up there at the end of the season. UTV !!

(We used to live 20mins from VP, parents ST holders since the 90s, but we moved to Canada in 2013. This is the only way we get inside VP now (except our once a year trip!) Met you briefly in Dortmund for pre-season (by that I mean my Dad ran right up to you and Simon while you were on the move and probably scared the hell out of you). Sometimes the tactic of getting on a player's back backfires but it worked a treat with JG, he was riled and it affected him negatively without a doubt. I think what pisses him off is that he knows there is no way back for him now, the club has moved on and he wouldn't offer us anything with the way we now play.

What a fantastic result on Saturday i was absolutely buzzin’. I can’t say any of our lads had a bad game today and I agree with you regards if everyone stays fit then this is our team for the future. Rogers and Tielemans were in a great tussle for MotM. Cash and Kamara had Jack wrapped up like a crimbo pressie and as for haarland did he touch the ball at all? Anyway I’ve just been and seen Dennis Mortimer in Lichfield with his European Cup and he says the future is bright down VP.
