Sauna Assembly - Almost Heaven Saunas

I built mine onto a custom poured concrete slab. Should I lag bolt it to the slab or no? It can get pretty windy where we live.

Is the drain stave like every other stave, just with two holes? Mine didn't have one and I'm wondering if I can continue the install and just drill one of the staves to make a drain stave...
