You just helped me not create my 20th build out of boredom just now. This is my first year on 2k and was figuring out what I like in terms of build and playstyle. Imma do the same and stop throwing money at this game. At least for the next edition, Id spend less cus now I know.
Only buy the game and spend $50 for your first build only. At least you'll say "I spent 150 2k25" whereas the average consumer is spending hundreds and thousands. After you get to 90 ovr you should kind of have a feel for of you like your first build. You unlock your rebirth and after that you can grind every build for free while not spending another fucking penny on the game. 12 minute quarters, rookie and grind from 60 overall. Used to be easier on the older 2ks but still doable.
I feel you brodie, since 2k came out i have play a total of 10 REC game, and like 20 park games, i stay in mycareer, but 2k is boring, and micro transaction is getting out of hand.
Micro transactions don't bother me. We're all grown. We choose to spend or not spend, but all in all yea at the moment I think a lot of people are bored but that's just the lifespan of 2K and always has been. We want the next one lol

In the same direction as you, I made your 6’6 3 level threat with 94 dunk and block. First time i have ever gotten to the purple plate from all random rec. Thanks for bringing a new twist to 2k. Im just gonna just keep my current builds too
I just play because i love basketball. I got 2 builds im grinding out the levels ans VC for and thats it. Got people i play with on the regular. But 2k lacking content which isnwhy they falling off. Nba playoffs around the corner and its falling off. Unfortunate.
2k is the only game i spend on microtransactions (forced to basically 😭) but this is where i draw the line . they need to make it cost like $25 per build but 50+ is just too much . i spent more on 2k than it cost for the damn xbox 😂 never again . prob my last 2k i’ll leave it to the kids

Season 5 wasn't much fun for me... some of my friends stopped playing and I even started to play some MyTeam because I had fun doing it 😅 THEN 3 weeks ago I won 500K at the spin(first "big" spin since 2K20 for me haha) so I made a 6'3 for the Patty Mills base but it's not for me, for my play style the build is too short and the base feels a bit too fast for my "not-always-the-best" connection... so I went back to the builder and almost lost my motivation until I watched your builder-videos🔥Made a 6'6(back to TMac base) with 94DD, 90Mid 86Three, 77PA 86BH 75SwB, 85Peri 72Block... I LOVE IT! I'm at 70%+ win with 60%+ 3PT and 75% FG at the moment... so all I can say is THX for the work you put in this and I'm looking forward to whatever content you make!!💯

Yeah bro ive been like an addict and 2k has mastered making me feel like a new build will make the game more fun. Yeah i feel regretful for buying the game this. But unlike you think this is my past 2k. Just from servers alone this game has been a let down.. and ive been still making builds ...ima keep this game and play my eras.. Yeah this game is lost something fun. They need a complete overall of the game mechanics and start from square one..and lower the prices somehow..
