    How long can this clotted cream last. Is it something that you can store to last a while or does it have to be used wothin the day?

      You can freeze it, but it tastes best when it’s fresh🤤

    How long did you have the milk on low while scooping it up and down? Making it right now and unsure...

      I just followed along the video and did it as long as you did. Did you cover the pan when it cooled?

      I cut times on video to prevent boring:)
      But scooping up and down needs little more time until it is very foamy. Also scoop in one place to prevent ruining foams.

      So sorry! I missed your message.
      When you finished scooping turn off the stove but leave the pot there until foams settled down and started to form clotted cream takes about 2-3 hours. Then put it in refridge overnight without covering.
