I cut times on video to prevent boring:) But scooping up and down needs little more time until it is very foamy. Also scoop in one place to prevent ruining foams.
So sorry! I missed your message. When you finished scooping turn off the stove but leave the pot there until foams settled down and started to form clotted cream takes about 2-3 hours. Then put it in refridge overnight without covering.
