it´s the same thing as in capoeira..i am capoeirista and we do handstands as well as bboys..and there are 3 things you should practice so you could make a good handstand..balance, power in your arms, and breathing control.. Capoeira 4 life

That is some incredible upper-body strength. I can't imagine those elbow pushups are easy, and maintaining your balance while suspended like that must kill the abs.

My 1h stand balance kinda sux but even on a wall, I can't hold it as long as some of these guys. It's a different type of strength these guys possess. I played football and lifted constantly but I've been bboying for a couple yrs now and can hold my stalls longer even tho i dont lift anymore
train hard, dont talk much during a training and most of all: dont quit. i started as a 16 year old boy, long, weak and stiff as hell. but i kept on training and i know one day ill become good in bboying. but for you: keep on training, you can get 10 times as good as i am:)

i need muscle , i was a bboy 8 years ago , and could do air tracks , baby , windmill , flares , and i made a 5 year break , and can't make them anymore , i know how but i dun have the strenght to jump more then 2 air tracks...any advice?
