- The Macy's Annual 4th. of July Fireworks Display over the Hudson River, in New York City. See the beginning and the end (finale) of the show from Weehawken, NJ. 2013 it's the 37th Annual Macy's Fireworks display and this year's theme is "It Begins with a Spark", theme & concept to be curated by Grammy Winner Usher
I've seen the Macys show twice, and think it's my favorite. I've seen fireworks all over the globe, and even in China where they go nuts over shell size. But NY has the echoing of sound off of the tall buildings, and the scenery is amazing.
This is a great video of the show, but needs the music in my opinion. Thank you for providing it.
If this was The Macy's Annual 4th. of July 2012 Fireworks Display (as I believe that it was), thank you so much for capturing this and posting it on RUclips. As you may know, Colorado is under and fireworks ban (due to all the fires), so I greatly appreciated being able to watch this display from the safety of my home. My husband and I watched a piece on America's History on the HIstory Channel and then finished off the evening with this Fireworks Display!

The best view is from New jersey, specially Hamilton Park in Weehawken. It's just 15 min from Manhattan. You must be there around 6PM and be very patience 'tll 9PM, when the fun begins. Enjoy NYC :)

I wish they would bring this show back to the East River. Bloomberg seems to forget that there are other boroughs in NYC besides Manhattan. Instead we give Jersey a freebie . Bring the fireworks back to NY as well as the Giants and the Jets already. Enough of the nonsense already.
