for anyone who wants to know them 🫶 0:05 is rona, she’s taiwanese, she’s a vocalist but her dancing is also really good, its so clean and elegant! she was on gp999 under her real name chang ching and performed the fifth season by oh my girl in the first mission 0:14 is hana, she’s japanese, she’s the oldest member and was born in 2000, she’s the main dancer of the group but also has really pretty vocals! she was also on gp999 and performed the fifth season in the first mission and salute in the second mission 0:23 is ara, she’s korean and a vocalist and she’s super expressive onstage, she loves to have fun with her facial expressions and aegyo, she was also on gp999 under her real name lee yunji and performed pretty u in the first mission, she was selected for the killing part but generously gave it to someone else :) 0:31 is elva, she’s the maknae and was born in 2003, consequently she’s another ‘giant baby’ because she’s the tallest in the group! she’s ethnically korean, but was born and grew up in taiwan so she speaks taiwanese mandarin more fluently than korean :) she’s the rapper of ily:1 0:42 is nayu, she’s korean and the leader and main vocalist of ily:1 :) in my opinion she’s got beautiful fluid dancing, she really shined when she covered soojin’s part in their cover of hann by (g)i-dle 1:08 is ririka, she’s japanese, she’s the lead vocalist and face of the group as she’s the most popular member :) she was on the nizi project by jyp, and then also on gp999! she performed yes or yes in the first mission, ice cream in the second mission and then shoot! on the third mission :) she’s known for her cute visuals and bright stage presence hope this helps ♥️
A for effort that they all sang live, really not easy ✨ Elva and Ririka have really improved in their vocal stability and I think Hana and Ara have room for improvement, they alr have rly sweet vocals, can't wait to see how they continue to grow 😊 Nayu's vocal is also amazing, hitting the notes and being so stable while dancing, although she seems to have some difficulties with hair control. All in all, I am sure they will continue to improve and show us better and better versions of themselves in the future 👍🏻
I've always been impressed by the fact that they sing live without a loud backing track. They're not perfect, but they are true. Their talent and motivation are strong, their voices are beautiful, they are synchronized... their concept and songs are so good, they are true gems.
ILY:1 are all such incredible performers and dancers. The music is great too. The vocals honestly weren't perfect this time (I'm the mean... I mean high standards judge usually), but they still sounded pretty nice, they are good vocalists, and it's a hard song to sing live while dancing. Watching them perform always makes me happy.
same, i agree. they just need better breath control, i think they're too excited on their first stage that's why. but it's very minor, and they're still rookies - they're doing great still
Elva is so stable considering this is her first song with singing instead of rapping! They all sound so great, I am amazed that they are always giving us live stages for every comeback. I hope they perform the other songs on the album soon too.
