That's a strong enough weapon for the final boss, you just need one better armor and you'll do fine in apocalypse
The bow of lost souls didn't have anima, so choosing the elite power bow was good.
Multishot and void
Mid slot is not great, you can go either fire or poison. It won't matter either way how much damage you do
My advice for the elite power bow would be
First slot: multishot, can't go wrong with more arrows
Second slot: fire aspect, combos well with void strike
Third slot: void strike, which buffs the fire aspect damage

My advice is commited and multi shot can't go wrong with a elite power bow for the 2 enchantment i would go for fire aspect and for the 3 one i would pick void Strike for sure void Strike with fire aspect can't go wrong together

Tower will become more difficult when you reach apocalypse difficulty. But it will still be worth doing.
There are 2 artifacts that I don't remember seeing you use and are really good in the tower are.
1. Powershaker. The best artifact for tower in my opinion. Good aoe damage for floors with a lot of strong mobs, good burst damage against bosses if you use a fast or medium speed weapon, and a short cooldown.
2. Blast fungus. Good aoe damage against groups of mobs, short cooldown, and ok damage against bosses
I'll definitely continue doing the tower in apocalypse difficulty, it'll be a fun challenge lol, also I've seen the powershaker and I've never used it cause I didn't think it was good but, I'll definitely try it out the next time I see it! And for blast fungus I don't think I've seen it before but I'll be sure to try that as well! 😁
Me and my friend slammed this tower only dying once on the second to last floor. Keep the fire content mate you’re an underrated legend!

Advice for the bow
First slot, multishot or burst bowstring are both viable options
Second slot, if you have a set up for using refresh poison dipped quiver, otherwise fire aspect
Third slot, void strike, potentially levitation if it applies with burst bowstring
Will update later after I find out if levitation shot affects burst bowstring
Did a little digging, as well as asked the community discord.
So it seems like levitation does not effect burst bowstring shots so just go with voidstrike

My advice is for the first enchantment commited or multishot can do crazy damage for the 2 one for sure fire aspect and for the 3 one void stike fire aspect with void strike will mostlikely do crazy damage
