@@shezcal you can only choose temperature or timer not both. If you look at the symbol on the bottom of the display in the remote it’s shows temp or timer. If you put it on timer this will stop the fire turning on until the desired time.
@@helenkeenan9215 unfortunately not. If the fire has the exact same remote as shown in the video this is the only way to turn on the fire. Also a new remote will need to be programmed into the fire which will require an engineer visit.
@NagleFireplaces I have tried to get an engineer through facebook i got 1 guy who was a gas engineer who came and looked at it but couldnt find anything wrong, how would i go about getting someone to programme remote?

My remote control not working due to loose wire can i put fire on without remote
