I agree with you 💯. Especially with the fear of the state of your physical and mental health before and after. I suffer from anxiety and depression and im miserable 24 hours a day and have a fragile state of mind. I feel like the difficulty of having children is not talked about enough in our society. Thank you for this video. 🙏🏽
As the oldest of 6, unfortunately my parents failed me. My mother used me as a 2nd parent. My father did not listen to take me away from it all. I never had a proper childhood. I no longer have patience with children as I did when I was a child. I raised all my siblings into adulthood. I feel as though I already raised children. Im in my 30's and I want to B in love with some1 whom loves me and spend my life with them. I wasted my youth raising children whom I loved but now whom have no appreciation nor acknowledge the sacrifices I made for them. I give up my youth raising them. Im now trying to get my health back ( years of working so hard has worn me down so ive had several surgeries. I want to go to school then hopefully I too want to spend some years traveling in my career. I just want to say you r not alone in feeling the way you do. I 101% feel exactly the same. Ii do fear getting older and being all alone with no one to care if im doing ok.
@Turquoise4eva I'm so sorry. I definitely feel that as I'm also the oldest. we often have the blame and burden on us :( I believe that we won't be alone when we're older, as long as there are still kind people in the world and friends. Close friends are family nowadays, so they grow with you and care for you too. We gotta be sure to take care of our health as best as we can too! Best of luck dear sis ❤️
I used to feel this way and then I had an oopsie baby at 34. She was the best thing that ever happened to me. She made me a better person. I found patience i didnt know i had. I had less anxiety in social interactions because I had something so much more important to focus on. You're right that relationships suffer. Its the hardest part aside from any health issues that arise. I do worry with this trend of declining birth rates the economy will collapse because our health system depends on younger people paying In to cover the older people who use it more. But if your worried about psychosis... eeyeeahhhh definitely don't have a kid please.
@tvil8 I'm glad you had a great time with your daughter! I agree motherhood can be a beautiful experience, but yeaaa im glad you understand with my case. Social security would probably decrease a lot because of the declining birth rates. I think I'm glad more people are realizing that retirement is more of a backup plan though. We aren't guaranteed a long life. We just gotta make the best of it.
