The concept of the title is very well explained.
This is what happens with a novice trader when they initially step into the market with whole lot of indicators and trying to find a holy grail in them.
They fail to understand that the value of the indicator is derived from price, thus price itself is the leading indicator and the rest about 95% are lagging indicators.
