Yes get a juicer! I’ve juiced all summer during this quarantine and my skin is clear! I did celery juice first thing in the morning which has great benefits. The cleaning is not too bad you just have to be consistent. Love the video 💕

Agave is good as well as date paste which you can make yourself. I’ve been told you get more fiber from the blending process. Juicing takes away the fiber.

The tentacles of the moss already have the expanded look as they are fuller looking right out the package and have all that unnatural salt on them. I enjoyed the way you incorporate your moss into your daily life. Fruits n roots is a reputable company as well as Red’s kitchen sink as an alternative. I’ve purchased from both several times and they’re both good although I’ve ordered from Fruits more often.
Love your videos girl! Yes that’s definitely some fake sea moss. I experienced that too & when I smelt it, this chlorine bleach smell arose from the packet. Instantly my gut feeling said this some pool grown sea moss !! Gotta be careful. They sometimes say it’s wildcrafted but really not.

I recommend you google a picture of chondrus crispus..it’s purple and looks like lettuce and has more nutrients, it’s Irish Moss. Dr. Sebi made a mistake and actually meant genus gracilaria Sea Moss according to the appearance of the one he had which is what this lady may have. Also eucheuma cottonii Sea Moss is common and looks like what this lady has also. There are several species so make sure to google search pictures before buying because everyone online is passing this species as Irish Moss and its no where near it’s appearance.
From what I understand some seamoss comes from the caribbean and some comes from vietnam. The texture and behavior of the seamoss is different based on the region

I have a juicer and used to juice often but the clean up is a hassle. I then purchased a Vitamix and found it easier to make smoothies because it really is so easy to keep clean. If you have a Vitamix, then I would say it is pointless to get a juicer.
I’m super interested in making lifestyle changes this year and switching into a plant based/natural lifestyle. I love your videos and they have been teaching me a lot… but for some reason I can’t get passed the idea of eating that dish. I’ve never been a fan of that consistency even with the sea moss gel.. I was a bit skeptical about buying a juicer because I though the clean up would be a pain but I decided to purchase an Omega juicer and it was the best decision EVER!! Clean up for me literally only takes a couple minutes, I run the parts under warm water and throw them into the top of the dishwasher. Depending on the type of juicer you get determines the clean up and assembling process.
Two ways you can determine whether the sea moss is fake or not is if it has a very large amount of course salt; and if it already expanded. The real sea moss contains salt however the salt is very fine. As you stated in the video, the sea moss you used was very brittle. This is a good sign. But you still should look into both companies because real seamoss also should have ‘bulbs’ aka roots attached. Seamoss is a sea plant, so there should be roots. But some companies cut the roots off simply for aesthetic reasons and the customer’s convenience. Hope you find some good seamoss, please let us know what you found. Love your videos!!❤️❤️

Juicers do the same thing that you’re doing with you little juicing tool but much faster & better. You can save the pulp from the juicer as well.

I only pull my juicer out if I’m juicing like a few days worth of juicing. It is a big clean up and I have one of the best juicers on the market.
